I'm watching tons of UA-cam videos on aquaponics, for ideas. I have to say I think Your set up is definitely the best. keep the Updates coming. Very nice and thanks.
Your pH issue could be caused by the gravel you are using for grow media. No matter how much pH down you use it will always come back up because of the buffering effect of the gravel. You could try adding peat in a 5 gallon paint strainer to your sump. It will have a reverse buffering effect and and lower your pH. Many people use peat in planted aquariums for this effect. The only downside it will stain your water and will need to be replaced from time to time when it's buffering capabilities run out.
Thanks so much for taking the time to show all of something different. Question how happy are u with that green house? reason I'm wanting to do what u have.
I like it. It's a great hobby. I don't rely on it for food. I'd starve. Lol. The harbor freight greenhouse is cheap but with the modifications I have done it's great. You can get it on sale and use a 20% coupon too for a good deal. I need more fish. I wish it was legal to have tilapia in north Florida. Guess it's time to go fishing again.
Matt Cunningham I put in 50. Although they all died during the winter. I now have adult bream. They do better in the cold months with just a few deaths.
Hello:) You have a new fan here! Thank you and please keep making videos! God Bless you my new friend.

Very nice, I live in Pensacola and didn't know tilipia was a no no... I do now. Thanks for sharing

Beautiful! How about rock dust? Would it help with the PH? The trace minerals I think would be amazing for the plants. God bless you.

Or switch to the proper grow media is best. Got to watch that pH because too far out of range will kill fish and maybe stunt growth of plants too.
I love the set up....but you should be getting way better yields.
Delta Lima You’re absolutely right I should be. I have so many other hobbies and responsibilities I haven’t given it my full attention
