The whole song gave me Parkway Drive vibes, the intro and breakdown sounded like something you’d hear on Ire or Reverence but the chorus and verses sounded like 2000’s-era PD. It honestly gets me very excited to see what Miss May I can do by blending those two sounds in this new album.

Between this and Bleed From Within's new stuff, I'd say there's a new spawn of "anti-djent" metalcore. It doesn't sound like pre-periphery metalcore, but it doesn't sound like architects sumeriancore either.

Mark holcomb seems like such a cool chill dude. Would be a cool dude to meet In real life. But yes glad miss may I is back! But yes that metal core era was definitely special forsure I definitely agree as well!
The chorus is a masterpiece, and so are the riffs in the beginning and middle of the track. But the breakdown at the end is weak... The background during the chorus is heavier than the breakdown itself.

I just saw them in East Moline, Illinois while touring with All that Remains last Saturday and thought they were amazing. Got to meet Levi after the show and I have to say he is the nicest guy ever. My friend and I told him it was our first show and he gave us a copy of Deathless and a beer koozie.
