this is funny....all pressure is on screw diameter..washers crack all the time...I'd like to see this clamp against a miteebite pit bull clamp or ok-vise or uniforce...nice marketing technique haha!
My thoughts exactly...This looks a lot more failure prone. Miteebite are not perfect either though. I recently used the pitbulls and they have a lot of room for improvement.

is there component lifting problem?

Eventhough the clamp is fully tightened The part moves in sideways(slideaway)
How to correct ?
