Anyone that makes sense to rational people will never be hired by by the organization that is right down there with Reinsdorf when it comes to ineptitude. The Bears can interview 20 candidates for all I care cuz its all virtual and has to be until the face to face interviews are allowed on January 20th. The only time I need to worry is when they shave down the list drastically and bring in 2-3 candidates for the face to face interviews.
Under current NFl policies they could have had in-person interviews with Vrable and Carroll and chose not too for some stupid reason. Most of the rest they indeed will have to wait to do in-person.

Kafka isnt a good candidate simply because hes never been a head coach and hasnt developed a young QB, that is what the Bears need, they did with Justin Fields and they did it with Caleb Williams. Thats the problem i dont care if you interview well, i want to know if you can coach, if you can develop, have you done it before and if not like Ben Johnson you have to experience with being a playcaller, and specifically shaping your offense to the team's talent, and at the very least be a leader who can command the room and get the men to follow you
