Please check your legs/clothes and Ben's body everytime you go back inside... countryside and ticks it's the real nightmare. To avoid spiders, just spray some water mixed with tea tree oil on the outside of your doors/windows, they will stay away. I used the same method inside inside my home, not nice for you for a while, but it works!

I love your real vulnerability with the bugs. One of my favorite parts it made me, smile and laugh knowing I’m not alone feeling this way; since I have similar stories.

I've seen so many UA-camr's gradually become less and less genuine over the years and I recently had to unsubscribe from several channels because the videos didn't make me feel good anymore. However, you just keep getting more and more real and it's so inspiring to see how you've become more true to yourself over the years. Your videos always make me feel good and you always motivate me. I'm older than you but I feel like you have a lot of wisdom and you are someone to look up to.
My question - I know a lot of women, myself included, struggle being home alone especially living in a rural setting. I don't live alone but my anxiety goes through the roof when I'm home alone for a night or two (probably from watching/listening to waaaay too much true crime). Is this something you had to deal with when moving into your new house and if so, how did you overcome any fears or anxieties you had?
PS. I cannot with that spider!! So freaking horrifying! No, just no.

I love how authentic you are (you could have edited out the parts of being scared by that mosquito and you didn't 😄) and how much it feels like you are my big sister. I started watching your videos quite a while ago and have seen how much has changed for you. I agree that coach sounds weird, maybe you could call yourself a "Life Advisor" ? My questions is: How did you learn to wait for the things you were manifesting/ do you have any tips for the wait period? Thanks Kalyn

    • @user-rj8jp6lg1h
      @user-rj8jp6lg1h 3 роки тому +1

Maybe to not spend time waiting. That would mean that you focus on the actual absence of whatever you want to manifest. Go with the flow, focus on everything that is already there, be grateful for it. You will pull more things to be grateful for into your life.

Random tip for watering your plants. Never on the leaves, because they can get severe sun burns due to the water droplets on the leaves. It is better do water them (each plant 10-15 sec. underneath their leaves. :)

I loved this vlog so much! I've got a question for the q&a: Could you maybe talk about long distance friendships? I want to eventually move to the country side as well but I'm a bit scared of feeling isolated because that means leaving most of my friends. I love living on my own right now but that has a lot to do with living close to my friends. How have you been feeling about moving away from your friends?

Q/A: how do you learn how to become happy alone. I always get sad, unmotivated and slightly depressed when I am alone for even just half a day. I seem to depend on others for happiness, a little too much? I am just so social, and I crave human interactions. But I also long to be alone, in the woods, in a cabin with nothing to do. How can I find that balance?

As a certified life coach myself, I want to share that technically, coaching is not telling people what to do or even suggesting it. It’s rooted in the belief that the client knows what is best for them (even if they feel they currently don’t have clarity), and that the coach’s job is to help them come to their own answers. Often consulting or mentoring is used in the process, but coaching in its purest form is a lot about asking questions and helping clients come to their own conclusions. Co-creating game plans vs. providing them. Just wanted to share because there’s a lot of misconceptions about the coaching industry. I can totally see you being a great coach/consultant/guide/mentor/all of the above! :) It’s not 100% necessary , but if you are ever looking for a coaching school, I went to iPec (one of the top accredited schools) and loved it. Anyway, SO excited to see where your journey takes you. You already help so many (including me) just by being you, doing the work, and showing up authentically. ☺️💕✨

I love that! Watching you be natural and relaxed and "real" is always great fun. Even what you said in one of your previous videos about not caring so much about how you look on camera all the time. I can imagine the need to look perfect all the time but it is so much more relatable and helps so much to see you in daily clothes going about your day and yes maybe not looking supermodel perfect while doing yardwork or watering your garden and the hose breaks down 😂. I'm like, "okay no one looks made up and ready for the runway 24/7" which I already know, but seeing you making a point to include these real moments is so comforting and brave. I feel like there is this internal pressure to look good no matter what we're doing, even when we are alone, like it's all a performance and there is an audience. I've been trying to change that in myself and focus on what I'm doing instead of what I look like while doing it and if I'm pretty etc. I hope it makes sense even a little bit, I just love you being comfortable 🥺

The other day I was watching old videos from 2017, trying to find out when you took the tarot and is there any information on how you started with them, and oh my god, how much you have changed, somewhere since 2018 you can see a change, for the better of course, how much you're calmer, more natural and you ... I'm really happy for you!
    Q&A:
    1. Are you happy where you are, now that some time has passed (I mean the house and the wilderness around you)? Because I want more and more to leave the city, and go somewhere where it's peaceful and there is no crowd and hustle and bustle, but only nature, but I wonder if that's really it, now that I see you afraid of spiders, and how many there are, I would literally die, I couldn't sleep, thinking they were crawling around me all the time...
    Do you miss the city?
    2. Regarding tarot, I tried to find it, but I didn't succeed .. It would be nice to make a video about tarot. How did you start, did you sleep with them as I read somewhere that you should... What deck you recomend for beginners?
    3. Books. Of course! Could some update :)

Hi hi hi!! I’m studying to be a LifeCoach right now & I just want to reassure you that the term “coach” doesn’t do it justice 😂 I can 10000% say I never give advice to clients and in my education for it, we are taught to only *motivate* who we are working with and help them get to where they want to go, without any attachments or advice giving. LOTS of powerful, hard questions that bring them to a new level. YOU’LL ROCK AT IT 👏🏼🙌🏼

Appreciate you being aware of how you easily we just say certain things without noticing what is implied by it (asking for help rather than needing his muscle). Also, searching for information on native plants to Ontario is an awesome way to support pollinators and support healthy habitat for critters. Might also be good to look at what plants are invasive to the region as these can be toxic and overpower native plants. We are in BC and this is something we try to focus on :)

Q and A: What do you do to deal with anxious moments? Just wanted to say I've been watching your videos since I started high school (a long time ago) and you are always my comfy happy place to come back to on youtube!

You jumping around thinking there's a spider at every corner...priceless! 😂😅😂 I love hearing about the back end and business side of content creators. Do you feel like you have to diversify your income streams because of a shift in online spaces, in general? Or do look forward to having a holistic Koze community with multiple ways to engage? A little bit of both? A lot of what you do feels very connected and intentional, I'm excited for all that you have in store 💝 Love & light to you 👑

The Lakes has been my current favoriteTS song for awhile and I moved to my favorite lake and started healing in September of last year. So I appreciate the symbolism of that rose bush you planted. It’s your home and you get to add those special touches that are 100% you❤️. As for update questions, I’d like to hear if you feel like it how you balance your 4/20 use without it getting to be too much bc I know you’ve said you have used it as a crutch in the past and it seems you’re good at keeping it in check. My family is full of alcoholics and addicts and I have went through periods with drinking where I wonder am I falling into their ways and I’m always aware and trying to make sure I don’t fall into it all too deep. In 2011 I was getting really bad with drinking, I would say I was addicted. Then I took a break from it completely from 2012-2016 and that helped a lot but I often worry sometimes about my tendencies towards it now that I’ve let it back in my life. I wonder where the line is for you or the behaviors you see in yourself when you think you need to step back and when you do, what actions do you take like do you quit cold turkey for awhile or get more disciplined with use or what? How do you approach it in therapy?
I love the vlogs so much!

I moved from the city to the countryside 6 years ago. The crippling fear of bugs just disappears eventually. You got this :)
Also for my Q&A: How do I get over feeling sorry for myself, for my circumstances blocking my happiness?
I live far away from my family to be with my husband and I want us to have kids but he's not ready. That's kinda specific but the question could apply to lots of people feeling 'stuck' in different life circumstances. You seem so good at finding the happy moments in the now.

For the Q&A I'd like to learn more about how you approach business side of your work. Are you or did you ever take classes about how to manage your social media presence or was/is it all learning by doing? Hope you're having a wonderful day!

Hey just an idea, you should get a 2x4 and lay it on top of the lil edging stones and then hammer on top of that to make them all super evenly flat and better stuck in place. 🤗

It's ok to ask yo mans for some muscley gardening help lol
Also I've learned to appreciate masculine support without feeling like it's a bad thing- masculine energy can be really supportive and they do have more muscle mass to help support their people and we already know how amazing feminine. They balance eachother within us, in relationships and when both are appreciated in as both good in different ways, then it's a beautiful thing

I’m a life coach and it’s actually a common misconception that we give advice! It’s mainly about empowering clients to think of their own ideas and solutions, since they knows themselves better than the coach does. I can’t wait to see what you’re coming out with!! And I resonate so hard with the bug paranoia after it being so close. I was terrified for you. That spider had demon eyes😂😂😂
