As a longtime Nissan guy; I appreciate them still making attempts putting their toe outside the box. But I'm torn on brands doing the mild appearance anesthetics without going all in like they use too. What would've blown my mind, if they would've implanted a larger N/A V6 or a boosted 4L but either, bringing this baby in the area of 300hp! Making the performance match the appearance! The Germans still do it and to some degree Domestics too! Hell, Dodge and Ford are constantly swinging above their weight these days! 😂 And fairly Yota is too. But my Nissan............ 370z! But that's it. I'll get off your sofa now, thanks for the vid! ✌🏽❤✊🏽😂
Thanks for a great video. I was not aware that Nissan had a Rogue Rock Creek model. I very nice-looking vehicle. I will have to contact my local Nissan dealer to see if they are getting any.
I drove the lower tier model of a 2024 from Florida to Indiana this year and I have fallen in love. The only thing that scared me was the complexity of the engine because should it fail it will be insanely expensive but time will tell
Great review. Gave me a big heads up of the similarities to my SV AWD 2024. Especially the dial. Sports and paddle are the boss, but it’s my wife’s car. My 2012 Max is just fine, old but quick. My lift gate has a limited height adjustment control for our low garage door.
It's a 2025 ROGUE and they decided to use the infotainment screen from the Sentra.... that is criminal cutting cost measure. the infotainment of the 2025 normal Rogue's are so much better.
So, what is the real story with CVTs? They have a bad reputation. Are they unreliable? Is the driving feel very different than automatics? Are the fake shifts a problem? Is it foolish to avoid vehicles with a CVT?
Nice looking vehicle. Great, indepth review. Too bad for the crummy CVT. I had an Altima, so I'm open to Nissan, I kinda like the Frontier. But no CVT for me, especially a crappy Nissan one.
The Rogue will definitely prove much more reliable than any of Subaru's unrefined Boxer engines with their eventual costly leaking cam carriers...and whatever else to add to the long list of Subaru engine defects.
With that much money? I rather buy a RAV4 TRD, at least I know it will be more reliable than the Rogue. You can't beat rav4 trd since it's a naturally aspirated engine paired with 8 speed auto.
rav4 is so outdated in 2025, its not even funny. have you sat in one? Its really sad. Luckily, they are coming up with a whole new generation next year, as I don't understand how anyone could buy a Rav4 in '25.
@BoopSnoot The RAV4, like many Toyotas and Lexus models, feels VERY cheap inside. The quality is superficial. This has been integral to Toyota DNA since the early to mid-2000s. I hear the new Lexus models are particularly plasticky.
I just bought one, it's pretty sweet. 2025 black with red stitching in the leather and wheel.

I keep my eyes open for those videos!
Great review & I would love to own this SUV.
An attractive SUV at a reasonable price.

Good news is you don't have to buy it.

Looks AWESOME!!!
I thought the infotainment screen would be integrated into the dash.
i wonder if the owners of this trim will use it as it was intended for or if it's gonna be the grocery family hauler the other trims are

Very nice design

4:56 there are evil people out there. Nissan should’ve kept it spring loaded with the lever, not a push option. This is a pass for me.
39k is crazy for what your getting no real leather no 19 wheels no panoramic moonroof no bose sound system etc etc
I have a fully loaded one for 30
@ how msrp is 37 did you have any discounts

1 cylinder short..
Nissan CVT is a dice roll.
Just looked at 24 Pathfinder Rock Creek and with discounts is the same price as this. No brainer. You get more truck for same price. 😅😅
turbo 3 cyl.? goddammit Nissan. put a real engine in there and we'll talk.
over 200hp, 225ftlbs, that's the same as the 4.0L V6 my Jeep used to have, but with WAY higher fuel economy (37mpg on the regular trim).
3 cylinder turbo with VC?? Hell to the no!! Anyone who buys this car is a fool, or desperate.

Hard to find, waiting lists, no discounts. 😂😂😂😂
@@magnoliap5824 You are right on that one but if you are willing to wait, you can get what you want.

I have the 2023 Rogue & I will NEVER buy another vehicle with a CVT transmission, it's the worst!
😂😂😂 damn ok
Yes they are pieces of trash
CVT and 3 cylinder in the same vehicle? and 38k? I think is the most overpriced vehicle ever!
I don't trust that video
