Same problem happend with my karizma R....i had to replace the timing chain, timing sprocket, timing guides, as they were worn out....but my mechanic used an old magnet puller which resulted in wearing out of my karizma R magnet threads then i purchased a new puller that too failed....at last we removed the engine from body and took it to the lathe machine worker in my car...they put the magnet bolt loose from the magnet side inserted heavy rods from all sides behind the magnet to pull it out then they hammered the bolt very hard to remove the magnet....that hammering gave me heart attack i thought my today will be the last day of my karizma.....

Could you please tell me where the decompression mechanism in the Karizma R is located? My bike is very hard to kick and there's some sort of occassional slippage that overall makes the bike almost impossible to kick start.
