UPDATE: They buffed the normal tactical sprint activation time - which means the infantry vest is a bit less needed now - BUT it's by far the best vest still and the only way to increase your tac sprint duration

How do you resupply your ammo without scavenger gloves,or full ammo from the gunner,or overkill vests though? Just die and respawn,or pick up dead players guns?
I think it's called the 'Highjacked IFF Strobe' in MW3 and you can find it in the 'gear' perk slot. You need to select it and add it to your daily challenged to unlock it ( I have a vid for that)
I think this was my problem with this game, I didn’t understand the gear system, but you helped me figure it out, cause I’m a sweat but I js couldn’t figure out the gear system🤷🏽♂️

There are boots that can do the same thing.
5:40 Stalker boots is useaful when you decked out your gun with ADS walking speed attachments
