@@terrymitchell4579 most of the tuners i've talked to recently are using hp tuners..and it's fairly inexpensive compared to the diablo tuners. I recently purchased both, so I'll be able to do an in depth comparison.
parkkbaby62 I’m putting this supercharger on the hellcat engine I just purchased. The used one that’s on the hellcat will be put on the rt engine once it’s swapped into the other V6 challenger I have. I’ll get back to the hellcat supercharger swap once the hellcat engine swap is complete.
@@solomonray3608 well when I added up the price of the kit for the supercharger swap it came too close to the price of the actual hellcat engine, so I preferred to pay the extra $1,500 for a complete engine. I will do a supercharger on the rt engine once I install it into my 2012 challenger but i'll be using the oem parts from the hellcat for the swap. You should get the hellcat engine and transmission 😁 it's worth it for sure lol
Unfortunately this has been postponed for at least another year since I just did a hellcat engine swap instead. The price of the engine was too good to pass up. I've done about 8 videos on the hellcat engine swap I just haven't posted em yet..i'll start posting in about a month i'm working things out with a video editor now to give the channel a more professional look.
Thanks yeah it's the same one..i love doing the upgrades on it i'm thinking about swapping the 8 speed transmission in it. It's a lot of work but it can be done lol
@@bananaman2184 with the bodies so similar i'd build one from the ground up. You can basically make a 2009 look like a 2019 most of the parts are interchangeable. That enables you to throw more high performance parts on it. The main difference is the transmission tunnel. It has to be fabricated to fit the larger 8 speed transmission. I paid $1,800 for my Challenger three years ago..so with it being so cheap I'm able to put almost any part on it without considering a warranty or cost lol

@@bananaman2184 manual is way more fun to drive..no I don't plan on it unless I buy another challenger as a daily driver. I'll be selling my srt8 swapped charger to one of my homies soon i'm not sure if i'll replace it with a charger or another challenger. I've seen hellcat drive trains go for less than $10,000 so if you swapped that you'd be paying a lot less for a hellcat 🤣

Kafe Ty TV I’m almost done with the first phase..which is putting the supercharger on the 5.7 I’m waiting on three important parts to come in from Canada. I’m gonna make some content with it on the 5.7 then afterwards I’m gonna go with a full hellcat drivetrain swap..engine transmission and differential swap. I was thinking about creating an Instagram to show the progress of my builds I haven’t decided yet. I’ll make sure I document everything in detail to help you with the swap.
@@Felix-gm9im all u can achieve with it is 600hp thats really good, but if u want more you really need to upgrade the internals, the 6.4 and 5.7 are left NA for a reason.
This is the hellcat 2.38 supercharger with the red eye badge instead of the original hellcat logo. So it's basically a regular hellcat supercharger not the 2.7L Demon/Redeye supercharger.

Yes it will fit..you should upgrade to 2009+ cylinder heads before mounting the supercharger adapter plates they're pretty cheap used.
