I was inspired by the luxury of Thailand for this illustration. I live there for part of the year and I am always inspired by the textiles and jewels of the Kingdom. Luxury in Thailand is on another level, the silks are so fine and when they are decorated they are jaw dropping in elegance.
I wanted to show you how to draw silk, how to get that, sheen and detail of a jacquard fabric using clipping mask and DIY repeat patterns.

Thankyou so much! The jewels are jaw dropping in Thailand. When Im there I stand on a walkway in the city where you can see the temple dancers and just watch them whilst I drink a tea. Its heaven! You should watch “love destiny” its mad but fabulous! Have you been to Thailand?

Ooohhh I might do a grecian dress for the next video in that case! Im so glad you enjoyed it! The pencil I use is the 6B pencil by Procreate it should be in the included set! Its my allpurpose tool. I could do a whole drawing with one! What do you draw?
