I knew nothing about the branch beforehand but was fascinated just the same lol, you explained it all very well, Florida hurricanes and summer storms we see quite a number of trees down, there's half a 50+ yr old Chinaberry tree down in my back yard right now in fact, decayed, and dropped from a recent storm lol. Sometimes the ground here just gets too waterlogged though and it just pops out roots and all, wild to see no matter how many times you've seen it you get humbled quickly and reminded we are at mother nature's mercy. Bet yeah, this is why we check our trees for dying or decaying hazards during the winter when we can and remove them before they remove themselves, unfortunately it's just not always possible to keep up, lotta trees.
Wow. I had never thought of this before. I live in Florida and we just went through tropical storm Debby. I saw a lot of branches in the road. What you said in the video makes so much sense.

Gotta love plants. They’re a lot like humans. I recommend practicing horticulture. It could benefit your future habits
