Welcome! I post mainly tree climbing, nature observation, and environmental-awareness videos. Please DO NOT try to climb trees in the way I do without professional help and safety gear (like helmets & ropes.) Climbing can be very dangerous if you are inexperienced.

An interesting little tree

While I was walking, I spotted what appears to be a young willow tree that's - get this - still green! If this tree is a deciduous tree (like a willow), then it's pretty wild that it's still green! For early December in southern NH, this is unusual. I'm pretty sure the tree isn't evergreen. Thanks for watching, and please consider subscribing!

Is It OK To Climb Dead Branches? Depends.

Is it ok to climb dead branches? It depends. Some dead branches are very weak and cannot be used for climbing, while others can be reliable - IF caution is taken. However, I don't suggest climbing on dead branches. Try to avoid them. And of course, never ever climb a completely dead tree. Thanks for watching, and please consider subscribing!
