- Woah guys check this out, Sophist is continuing the Mario and Luigi Superstar Saga playthrough, sorry he got sidetracked by having the editor tied in the basement work on Pizza Tower videos, but honestly gonna take Mario and Luigi a bit slow if I want to finish it. Honestly no rush I think. Anywho subscribe because in this script that I'm writing it says that the viewer subscribes to this here youtube channel.

Btw here's a little tip with the fire & thunder attacks. If you use them against an enemy & the color of damage number is blue, that's means you're HEALING them rather than damaging them. And if you see "Critical" pop up, it means they're weak to that element.

It was explained (if I remember this very old information right) that birdo was male but because he saw himself as female he looks like that or whatever my memory isn't so good to remember any single information related to super mario's characters but I think you can find such information checking on the internet if you want

Fun fact. The 3DS remake actually does explain the lore of Bowser losing his memory.
If you remember at the beginning of the game in Bowser's ship, there were Goombas that were stored in barrels. One of those Goomba becomes the main character of the Bowser's Minions side story & searches for Bowser throughout the Bean Bean Kingdom.
Spoiler alert:
At the end of the story, it's revealed that Goomba jumped off a cliff & bonked on Bowser's head, causing Bowser to lose his memory.

Also, increasing Stash isn't to bad of an idea as you'll get more lucky hits, which do more damage than regular hits
Although, I'd recomend increasing your speed for either bro, you'll really need it later on.. Aight, that's all I'm going to say for that-

My setup was: Stack the crap out of Mario's speed, give Luigi the Mario follow-up pants, and get the Rough Battle charm from E.Gadd that doubles damage done and taken.
I demolished every late game enemy, most didn't even get the chance to respond. For Cackletta tho, just don't get hit...

I used to put all my points to stache too (mainly because of the sweet discount prices), and fights were always longer and tougher for me.

So, might as well fill you in on Advance Bros Moves. They are learned once you do current Bros Moves a good amount of times. When you have an advanced move, the button combos are different. So you will have to do the slow motions to know how to do it. They can be tough to pull, but they can also be some of the STRONGEST MOVES IN THE GAME!!!!
Also, you might want to work on your speed before the end boss. Trust me, Brent will tell you the same thing.

I have a pitch for a new mario and luigi game. It is valentine's day at the mushroom kingdom, but bowser has stolen cupid's arrows and wings and is posing as cupid. He then shoots a cupid arrow at peach's heart, and it slowly makes her fall in love with bowser. So mario and luigi must travel around the world to find the pieces of a shrink ray so they can defeat the evil force in peach's heart, defeat bowser, and return the arrows and wings to cupid, or Nintendo's super mario version of cupid if not an interpretation of him. The game could be called, "mario and luigi: love hurts".
Mario and Luigi will have the absolute FINEST ‘staches by the end of this playthrough.
