'Unpaid toll' scam texts spreading throughout Virginia

Scam text messages from people claiming to be a tolling agency requesting payment are spreading throughout our region. The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) is warning these "smishing" attempts are on the radar of the FBI.
