Unpaid toll scam texts bombard Virginians overnight

On Tuesday, the Virginia Department of Transportation said it had not yet received any reports of an unpaid toll charge scam seen in multiple other states popping up on Virginian's phones. By lunch on Wednesday -- less than half a day later -- that had changed.
