Also Finals MVP was in conference finals a few times. He's on the level of Kyle Lowery type PG. Not exceptional but good.Kyle Lowery will also be in the HOF after he retires.

He killed Steve Nash, Deron Williams, Chris Paul and Tony Parker when he played them they were too little 😅. Won ring and was Finals MVP! Made it to Eastern Conference Finals like 7 straight years with the Pistons and soon he got traded to Denver they were making it to the Western conference finals but not the pistons! That should tell you something 🤔 now go suck a fat baby's d**k😅

Billups should be in the Hall of Fame. He led the Pistons to a NBA championship vs Shaq, Kobe, and Karl Malone. He's also a 5 time all star.
I believe Billups deserves to be in the HOF more than Vince Carter.

Bro Nash Parker and Chris Paul are all much better than Billups but he still deserves to be in the hall of fame
