      did you cut the tulle into circles or did you leave the pieces square and how did you wrap them over the ribbon?

      I did them in rectangles and just folded in half over the piece of ribbon and kind of made it like a tutu.

    Very cute. Maybe work on a mirror so we can see from another angle if you are not in the camera frame.

    Hello. Thank you for your wonderful explanations. What is the diameter of the dress? Could you please tell us more about the acrylic varnish (brand, application technique). Thank you.

      I literally use the CD to cut out the dress. So just lay your CD on your fabric, trace around it on the back side and I cut it out with pinking shears.

      So sorry I was off video. it was rectangle pieces of tulle...I crimped the short side together and added as many pieces as I needed to complete the skirt. Hope this helps.
