- Make a simple, charming dress for your clothespin or other doll! This tutorial is an economical, easy, no-sew craft and requires only a few supplies. Room for creativity too!
Materials:
fabric: 3.5"L x 7"W
tissue paper: 3.5"L x 7" W (I keep extra around)
thin ribbon, around 1/8"Wide, 5-10" long
optional: decorations like 1" lace & millinery flowers for decoration (I used forget-me-not flowers)
for basic clothespin doll: headbead, clothespin, skin-colored pipe cleaner, paint for hair

How are the arms attached?
How did you make the head?
It is a "head bead" that you can get at crafts stores. Be sure to get one with a large hole- regular wood beads have holes that are too small to fit over a clothes pin; head beads are made especially to fit over clothespin. You can literally search for "headbead" or "head bead" at Michales or other craft stores.
