    Hello sir, I had lot of back pain and Checked with doctor then take MRI it's show's below report could you help me what is the issue?
    Mild diffuse annular bulge at L4L5 level indenting thecal SAC and mildly narrowing B/L lateral recess and neural foraminae.
    A small focal right extra foraminal protrusion touching the right exiting nerve root noted at L4-L5 level.

      Hi, it’s a very good question. Research says, interval training is more effective. Like wise, you have to scatter your meal as well. Instead of three meals a day, you can take 6 small portions. Thx

      Disc back pain iruntha, high impact exercises like jogging and jumping pannakudaathu.. Ithu disc pressure ah increase pannidum. So don’t do it.

      Hi, there are mixed reviews about infinity walking (8 walk). Generally it works. Walking barefoot was recommend by our “siddars” to activate certain pressure points in the foot. Thx
