Does Grant have an onlyfans?
Totally agree!
Bartender Grant is kinda his hottest version of himself.
Bartenders kinda have a specific charm for themselves
Trouble is we know too much about him, I can never not know about his shower 'training' session
@@RyanZibell So, you know he's willing to put in the practice and that's a bad thing?

Everyone has a specific set of vibes and Grant has enormous “I get a lot of nosebleeds” vibes. Rookie move not keying in on that immediately.
It's the altitude...
they noted that he gets a lot of nosebleeds, they just assumed that since he gets a lot it's unlikely he ever got a near-death one (not that that makes much sense but still)
I also got a shit ton of bloody noses
you have astrology vibes...
Everyone seems to know more about Grant then me, is he a regular on this channel? I wanna find more of him lol, he's my favourite guy by far
This is a fun show. Lily is a great host because she’s charming and has authority, Grant is a great co-host because he’s fun and quirky, and the concept of the game is fun & entertaining
agreed agreed agreed, really great chemistry.
Fr Lily is actually great as a master of ceremonies. Very good at keeping the game on track.
This might be the best structured UA-cam comment I've ever read. Please teach my students how to use supporting sentences to back up the claim in a topic sentence!
@@personbear I’ll be happy to tutor them 😆
These are facts and they're correct
Watching Grant walk through how to make a drink was surprisingly entertaining
He’s got charm out the ass and clearly knows how to mix a good drink. That’s a winning combo.
His most recent Mojito instructions about the mint (both going in and garnish) had us wide-eyed (and in immediate understanding of how we messed em up in the past... Mashing)
This show is so well put together (the whole CH team is a god damn treasure)
He has an old school entertainer feel
Hey Grant, what are we drinkin?
Few drops of vanilla my ass
I love that they asked sam where he came from in a completely natural and sincere way
Like it wasn’t even a part of the where’d sam come from joke and it still stood out to me
Crumbly square.
I waited for the joke the entire time
Sam where are you from?

I’m sure there were lots of cuts, but my favorite part has to be at 11:28 when Sam and Katie clink their full cocktail glasses together and Katie’s is completely empty in the next scene. This is made even better by her asking Grant for extra rum them muttering “I’m drunk” at 30:09
Agreed
This is such a funny sequence:
11:24 - brown drink
11:27 - cheers with red drink
11:30 - red drink empty
She does not fool around! 🍻
29:16 though
Katie looks thriving, moisturised, in her lane, unbothered
Moisturized with baby duck blood, puking her cares away xD
@@ordinarytree4678 Honestly I'm glad she's kicked the coke habit in favour of the blood of the innocent
love katie’s hair
ikr she looks so good
giving nadia vulvokov vibes
They couldn't decide which episode they wanted him in so they decided to put him in all of them
came to say the same about Katie's hair. she looks great as a red head.
If No Laugh Newsroom proves anything, it's that Grant has no dirty laundry
@@Torlik11 .
11:23 the continuity on Katie's drink is just excellent, from a nearly full Spanish coffee, to a nearly full red drink, to an empty red drink, all in the span of about 10 seconds 😅
And I thought I was drunk when I noticed that
I appreciate that Grant’s favourite daytime drink is something he has to light on fire
Grant revealing the truth by saying "So, it's called Epistaxis" followed by the rest of them going ballistic is possibly the most chaotic thing that I've seen in a CollegeHumor video
Spoiler for the rest of the show: Lily is always that gorgeous
They give her a budget and she chooses her own clothes! Iconic.
Way to ruin the show! 🖕
This series is better than I expected and I highly recommend getting the subscription to see them all if you can. Along with the many other games.

Same. Really did not expect much and I must say it has been one of the most fun thing I've watched in a while. The chemistry on the set is quite amazing every single time. Don't know how they do it with such a ridiculous premise but it works.

I've had Dropout for a while and this is one of my favourite shows apart from Um Actually. Look forward to it every time it drops. For those wondering - Yes Brennan is in an episode. No I will not reveal the outcome. But yes he was Very Competitive.
There is nothing he wouldn't do for 5 points after all
Mike Trapp, on Dirty Laundry: "Now, I know I've been fingering Brennan a lot..."
I’m pretty sure Brennan’s in the same one as BDG 😂

damn u sure know how to sell a show… i gotta see Brennan
"What is bleeding in a nosebleed? Where does the blood come from?"
"Your nose."
"Wow, this guy knows a lot about nosebleeds!"
“They called an ambulance? Thats so expensive!”
This is honestly a horrifying sentence…
8:08
Yeah, that this is even a thing really pisses me off
I got in a roll over accident once and the scariest part no joke was when i saw the ambulance arrive.
Had to have a ride a couple months. Over $700 dollars for the bill. I told my workplace that if they dont cover (bc nobody was telling me anything, just saying it was on me) to just let me drive myself next time
Also just a Jewish tendency to think about frugality, even in life or death situations (from a distant Jewish background)

I love games like this because of the psychology of lying. Without spoiling, in round 1 the liar was the only person to provide their own counter argument. Everyone else shared their reasons why they thought a different person did or didn’t do the thing. But one person brought up a reason it 100% couldn’t be them. Which is my favorite thing about lying games. When you provide facts about yourself for 2 truths and a lie or a game like this, you likely provide truths that seem out of place for your character. So it makes sense that it would be easy to say “does that sound like me”.
In the second round the liar tried to the low profile approach by piggy backing on other people’s defenses. When one contestant asked two contestants to offer their take, the liar immediately agreed with the other person instead of providing their own reason.
Yeah it's so hard to tell when you're in it, but i feel like ppl are very obvious when u watch. I think realistically you have to mentally prepare yourself to hear info as though you've never heard it. Like you need to lie to yourself
I got my first nose bleed the exact same time as I got my first period. I felt cramps, asked to go to the bathroom, and my teacher started freaking out because I hadn’t noticed I was also gushing blood from my face. It was a bad day.
I swear there's something about menustration that causes nosebleeds, because I've bleed out of both holes so many times. Idk, something like there's slightly less cogulants in your blood so you're quicker to get a nose bleed
It doesn't surprise me that Sam is so good at this, his job is to put people together based on their personalities, energy, charisma, etc. to create the most engaging content. He knows these people really well and is great at his job.
It also speaks wonders of a workplace where the one which is kinda the big Boss knows his employees so well
@@profchaos91 that and he’s so involved in everything too. Being the host of game changer and it’s spin-offs and all
@@fosterdawson7339 I think that he LOVES that, and that passion kinda transpires into his own work and the one of his own employees/the other creators. You MUST be good at the job before you can even think about being the boss, leading by example is the best
Tipsy/drunk Katie is absolutely hilarious. The definition of chaos
Grant is such an amazing showman. The way he casually, but specifically, revealed he was the answer was just so funny.
If Grant loses his acting job and can't get another, he could always make a living as a professional bartender
He's an actor and writer. He's definitely been a bartender.
@@Adamdidit
Knew he was an actor. ( I remember that ad for Dropout he did where the little angle on his shoulder says "you took out LOANS to study ACTING?" Lol)
This episode shows he's most likely a professionally trained or at least formally trained bartender of some sort.
I did not know he was a writer.
@@SurprisinglyDeep keep in mind pretty much every college humor sketch you've ever seen was written by the members of the group. Same goes for headline news as well. Also generally directed from within.
@@Adamdidit
Oh yeah, you're right. I didn't think about that for some reason.
In Total Forgiveness he says he's a professional waiter on the weekends, so he's probably done some bartending through that FOH work.
I'm surprised that so few people pointed out how hilarious Katies was in here! I love every single time she talked, especially the "Of course it's me, I'm evil", it's just so self-aware lol.
Also I love how she just constantly think it's Jacob first and foremost.
She's one of my favorite CH cast members, she's so funny!
Definitely evil, she even blamed someone else ^^
Katie is so funny and Katie with Raph i always think is extra delightfully funny
"So it's called epistaxis-" is how I knew we were in for a ride with that one
Brennan would dominate this game, he can lie as he breaths, I feel, and as he said in the lie detector episode, there is no corner of his hat for a win
Did not expect 1k likes, thanks
Brennan is in episode 4! I don't think they release that many for free outside of the dropout subscription, but he really plays this game like a minmaxing champion
You’ll be happy to know he really did dominate this game
He lied sooo well right off the bat for the first prompt in his episode lol
@@marys4038 I thought his secret was a little too obvious but otherwise he did play well.
@@binary_terror2 That's because we know from Adventuring Party or something else, the other players didn't know (at least the Milano cookies, the "not sleeping for days" one was pretty obvious but he still lied well and fooled everyone except Trapp)
I think it says an awful lot about Grant that his favourite daytime drink is still just as alcoholic as some people's night time drinks
27:34 I love Katie.
Katie-"Raf look me in the eye"
Raf " I'm looking you in the eye"
Katie- 😏"that's all"
I love the two of them i felt like that exchange represents them whenever they're together perfectly haha
The fact that nobody was suspicious of Katy when everybody was acting shocked about the duck and she skipped that and went straight to accusations
It wasn’t suspicious because that was how she reacted so far. Immediate accusations first, thinking about details second.
She also accused Jacob right away with the pit question.
This was a great first episode... strong cast, good secrets, perfect time to introduce grant as a potential secret-provider, and a cool cocktail I hadn't heard of before. Very hopeful that the series will return.
Lily is a great host! And having Grant bartend was such a nice touch! They’re a great combo!
Dropout was the first subscription in my life. Worth every penny. This show, total forgiveness, animations, game changer and best of all dimension 20. So good.
honestly people don't give total forgiveness the credit that it's due. I hardly ever see it mentioned. idk if it was more popular when it was first released but... what a roller coaster of emotions.
@@LowCommitmentASMR It was incredible, I think it's just that it was a one-off and ended a while ago
That was fun watching Grant make that Spanish coffee haha
It's a really nice touch that they gave the show that loungy feel and the cocktail "angle". The structure also fits Lily and Grant to a t!
But what was the second drink??
Haha this show (Katie) became slowly more unhinged and drunk as it went on. Perfect.
Quick sidebar: Katie's hair looks GORGEOUS!! Didnt realize she could pull off amber so spectacularly.
It makes me genuinely sad that when someone mentions calling an ambulance another will say how that's so expensive 😢 that's some 3rd world healthcare
Yeah, I'll admit that took me out of the episode a little, it's always a bit horrifying when I'm reminded of the American healthcare system
@@redwitch95 Can confirm, it's a horror movie. I was a 21 year old girl, 4 firemen were carrying me out of the scene, one leg practically shattered. They said, we called an ambulance. I said, Noooo! Can't afford it!
They said then let us take you in the truck, with the sirens. But that cost money too. So I said, I'll get to the hospital on my own, I need it to be free because I can't even pay for surgery I'm gonna need! They were really sad and upset, but there was nothing they could do. I was in agony. They put an inflatable brace on my leg to try to prevent more damage, but it was really dangerous for me to be off a stretcher right then.
I spent the next two weeks at hospitals screaming, No, I'll do without! Desperately trying to keep costs down. And I was one of the 'lucky ones' with corporate insurance. It was devastating but it would have put me at least 100k in debt if I didn't have the insurance through my partner's job. Probably more, since I needed multiple surgeries.
Generational medical debt destroyed my future before it even began, as it did my parents before me. My niece had medical bill collectors calling already, ruining her credit, at barely 18, due to an unavoidable emergency room visit.
Medical care needs to be a human right. Right now, it's a form of enslavement in the US. Those in the UK and elsewhere need to watch out, the US insurance lobby is trying to dismantle the national healthcare in the UK. They need more slaves, I mean, customers. Defend your healthcare, guys, don't let them take it!
@@OG_Wonder_Woman that's awful I'm sorry to hear that. Yes I've seen the evidence that this genuinely evil system is trying to invade the uk and our stupid prime minister seems to want it. Not all healthcare in the UK is free but when it comes to your situation, you wouldn't have spent a single penny except perhaps a cab home unless someone collected you. You shouldn't be charged to not die in an accident, or hold your baby after childbirth. I've actually avoided offers to go to the USA on the chance I'll get sick or trip over or something silly
@@loodlebop Honestly, that was probably wise of you. I actually had an opportunity to move to the UK when I was a teen, and man...I think about that a lot. My father got offered a job in the UK when I was 16, and I really wanted to go. I urged him to take it and he wanted it too, but my mother still had legal custody of my younger sister. She didn't want to mother anymore, just wouldn't let Daddy have her out of spite. So her spite ruined our chance to escape, since Daddy didn't want to abandon his youngest. I always wonder how much better my life would have been there, especially since I was diagnosed with a condition in my mid 20's that is basically a slow death sentence here, since insurance won't pay for the treatments. They are available for very low cost in the EU, so I started being told to find a way to get to the EU back then. People with my situation usually recover and are back to working in about 2 years, when diagnosed in most other first world countries. But here they deny your treatment, deny your doctor's request for disability care (thus burdening your family), deny disability income from the government...as my doctor said, women like me "fall through the cracks." My life expectancy here is 40 to 45, with this condition, that is totally reversible. Because I'm too expensive to live. The main treatment I need costs about $400 to $500 a week here. It costs only 4 euros a day there, without a prescription. Less, with one.
Anyway, though, Covid kinda burned my life down, and it will be for the best. Selling everything I own and moving to the EU, at last! Better still, last week my father said he's willing to sell his business and house, and leave too. I was so relieved because I didn't want to leave him here. I told him, the moment my feet touch the ground in Europe, after all these years of trying to get there, I think I will hit my knees and sob. Not much of a public crier, either.
I heard you guys are still struggling with food shortages too, and now with the war, the gas prices are very high in the UK and EU. I think your prime minister is just as much of a lap dog to Putin as our orange headed buffoon, so he probably is being paid to facilitate the collapse of your healthcare. I hope this time next year everything is better for everyone. Humans have come together at the 11th hour before, so here's to hoping we can again. Cheers, mate, as y'all say over there.
@@OG_Wonder_Woman yeah things are far from perfect here but at least life saving medication is cheap so I'm sorry to hear that, excited for your new start, maybe we'll cross paths one day

Getting sick overnight is a wild experience, one time i got sick in a hospital and I would wake up, call a nurse to help me because i was going to throw up, go back to sleep, wake up, call a nurse, go back to sleep... they didnt get in time once and when they arrived my exhausted brain just thought, well, the puke on the floor isnt my business and i went back to sleep again 💀 it was embarassing waking up
The “what’re we drinking” segment was amazing. If I wasn’t so poor I’d try to make that.
11:20 Katies drink changes, then they clink, and in the next scene her drink is completely gone, just had to point that out 😂😂
The editing in this show drives me crazy. Note to the editor: *Do better.*

I love watching the drink continuity throughout the show. For Jacob's punk pit story, Katie has a full coffee drink in front of her, at the end of the story when she gets a point, she clinks a red drink with Sam, and then immediately after when the next question starts, her red drink is sitting empty on the table in front of her.
