Hey, I have a really specific problem and I was wondering if you had any idea of how to help. BeamNG recently added the ability to stop at gas stations and refuel your car, but I want this function to work in modded maps so badly. I just want to know what I spawn in to enable the fuel prompt when you park next to it. I owe you my life if you have an answer
@@havocng Thank you so much if you do! There's such little discussion about refueling which surprises me. I love doing long road trips and it sucks that my car suddenly has to be brand spanking new each time I need more fuel
Good video, very helpfuly, but, I have a question, when you create a road, you can change the skin of that road, but how do I change the skin of already existing roads?
I may not get a response but whenever i use the terrain editor i cant get the color to change like im trying to make a driveway without having to actually create a road but every time i try to change anything all it does is change the terrain type to asphalt without the color
How to get ice on the road, like in gridmap v2. It's much easier on the old world editor, but i can't find the option to put a simple thing like ice on the road.
It's a material, you just have to select it in the materials section, but not all levels have the ice material, you can go get it from another level then put it in your level, I get asked about Ice allot, I will make a video for you explaining it.

can somebody explain to me, like I am 5, how one adds an asset like the pieces of a stadium and stands for a dirt track racing stadium. I have never been able to figure this out, and I have been watching hours of video. Do those assets already need to be loaded into the base map?!?
Hey yo. I have a problem when i am using object tool the icons show up when i am really close to them. (For examle when i tryed to use luatrigger) It is so annoying. Maybe something is wrong with my game? (0.27x version)
Hey, if you're still wondering, go to System Preferences (or system settings if you have newest macos), Desktop, Keyboard Shortcuts, and change "Show Desktop" to a different key, such as "F13" or "F19" (something that you don't use), now F11 or Fn+F11 should work to open the editor

I can look into that, it's most likely done thru a Lua Trigger... should not be too difficult to do.

I can't open the world editor in the new 0.31 update, is there another way to open it?
It should open by pressing F11

You have snap to grid selected...I think that's what is called, I will launch BeamNG and look.

Yes that is annoying, you can disable that in the world editor settings...I don't remember where, I will look when I get home from work...

Just use the world editor and erase the grass. If your not sure how to do that just let me know.

you are using it on safe mode click f11 not ctr f11 or you should change it if it does not work go to settings and switch it
