I used mine as my EDC in Paris and it was pretty annoying, lack of frame sheet made it pretty uncomfortable to carry around basics - laptop, ipad, work phone, jacket, and thule pouch with assorted cables/bricks. Always felt something poking into my back.

I have a mini for EDC city use and small commuting weekends. I have the rover classic for long travel weeks and hiking. I have packing bags so its not an issue to keep certain items together. I like this style of pack. Great review!

I still have mine, and have never used it. I'm coming to terms that rucksack style bags are just not for me, just one big black hole bucket just doesn't cut it.

Most comfortable and useful backpack ever! I’ve tried a lot, and this one is my number one. I use it for my university days ❤

Got mine in black and sand, expecting to have a yellow interior to find easily things inside, bummer both have black interiors…

We prefer hi-vis interiors as well. Thanks for the comment, Rafael!

Can you fit a 40 oz hydroflask in the side pocket? Thanks.

Probably because comfort is more of an individual fit, for all we know he packed it like an idiot. If you pile objects with corners in any small backpack it will poke you in the back. Comes down to how you load it up

It would have been nice to know the diameter of bottle that fits well within the bottle pouches. It would also be nice if they "walk" themselves out of the pouches during use. I have an REI travel back for which that happens with my 64oz metal water bottle.
Also, you didn't really provide any information from actual use. You just made some observations from the bag with stuff in it. It would have been nice to know where you took it and what your experiences were when using it in the real world. Most of the observations made in the video were just that--observations. You could have unboxed it and talked through what you were thinking and provided the same information.
