Wow. I just meditated and spent time with my guides and my lesson was about taking my power back. But not in a toxic aggressive way but with a balance of feminine and masculine. True power is balanced. Power is sure, steadfast, kind and compassionate, yet can set firm boundaries, all while be loving and kind!!! Then I open UA-cam and see this notification!! This is without a doubt the most powerful energy work I’ve ever done. I woke up feeling so drained but after this meditation I called back energy from places I didn’t realise I gave it away. I too loved this and felt my guides but what I didn’t expect was to have two very specific people who I called my energy back from come for me aggressively. As well as just aggressive energy in general. Now I’m a very strong protector and I am also very benevolent with my life and work very hard to release things daily. So it’s a bit overwhelming that this was my result. Be very very VERY careful with this meditation.
