I've meditated in quite a few different ways but this has by far been the more immersive, healing, effective, nourishing, intensely beautiful visualizations I've ever experienced. Watching the low vibrational/negative energy being transmuted into colors dancing in the horizon like northern lights was one of my favorite inner sights to see/feel. I'd just like to say thank you so much for these meditations. I have been going through what I've read is "The dark night of the soul" or so I think, maybe its a regression?- either way it made meditation super hard for me to tap into due to lack of focus and fear based thoughts. I have relied heavily on meditating for the past year and not being able to do them for these last two weeks caused a great deal of distress-- But my goodness, I swear this particular meditation just brought me back. I concentrated, was able to focus finally and afterwards I got that dreamy, light, and airy feeling again. Thank you for pulling me back and helping me breathe life force and healthy magnetism back into my thoughts and mind. You are truly appreciated

I came across this meditation by chance, searching for a spirit guide connection meditation. It was only through the electrical impulses I felt, and each corresponding area of the body twitching as the electrical magnetic fibres scanned my being, did I realise it wasn’t my spirit guides I was connecting with but instead my own soul, body and mind. This meditation worked for me on such a different level and I am so grateful for finding it, accidentally or not. Our bodies, minds and souls will seek out what they need, even if we don’t realise what that is.
