I work in HR and most major companies do not do 360 reviews for the exact reasons you mentioned. Prompts unnecessary investigations which are usually based in drama that have no actual merit which causes a biased environment resulting in an environment that is not inclusive. 360 reviews also encourage employees to bring up “issues” only during a review time vs the time of the “incident” which is not great. In my opinion and I know a lot of companies who don’t partake in 360s, the policy is essentially if you have an issue with another coworker feel free to contact HR if it’s really serious and we take it from there at that exact moment

The single most important thing about financial planning is to start young. Save as much as you can and invest it. You'll be amazed at how much it grows over time. Age 18-20 is the best time to start, but you're still plenty young enough to grow your retirement fund.

My partner doea not plan ahead and he does not clean up after himself. He makes piles of mail, but never throws it away. He also leaves his clothes and shoes all over. In all fairness, she reads, she does cross stich, and she specifically mentioned she's going on a trip next year in this live stream. She also mentioned that she's being more conscientious of her finances at this stage in her life and she's feeling good about it. Not to mention, we have literally no idea what she does with her time outside of what she mentions in passing and also, why does it matter? I notice comments where people think it's bad cause she isn't going on vacations. Vacations are expensive. My husband did a weekend fishing trip and spent well over 3,000 and his room wasn't even included in that amount and also he didn't fly it was local. People ask if they plan to stay in that apartment and she said she would hope to get a house after her lease is over. Buying a house is expensive so I can see where she would probably want to save that vacation money and use it towards a house. I think that is money better spent in my opinion. As someone who has bought older and have built 3 homes you will be spending money on things for the house not just buying it.

I’m no gymnast, but as a former dancer, we used “spotting” to refocus and that way it was easy to count your turns. Plus the music :)
