    Nana, I just got some dry snails from Ghana 🇬🇭 and this your dish/food came to mind. I saw u used the fresh snails. Can I also use my dry snail to prepare this dish, and will it taste good like yours? 😍🏃‍♀️
    You re doing a great job Nana. You re the best! ☝️

    • @NanaabasKitchen
      @NanaabasKitchen  6 років тому +4

      Certainly Agnes! Just rehidrate your dry snails in some warm water for a few hours and incorporate it in your soup. It will be just as tasty, possibly tastier as dried food items tend to have a more intensified flavor! Excited for you! Let me know how it turns out love 😘

    How do you know when it's done because of the green colour?

    • @NanaabasKitchen
      @NanaabasKitchen  4 роки тому +2

      The soup is done cooking before adding the green component. Cook for an additional 10-15 mins only in order to prevent destruction of the nutrients offered by the greens.
