The Binding of Isaac is a game about the dying dreams of a child suffocating in a chest, where he recalls all of his past trauma, the religious concepts his mother forced upon him, and other very questionable things. And it's filled to the brim with poop jokes. Unpack your bags and put up your tents, it doesn't get much better than this.
