Do you feel limited by the storage for breaks?

A little bit sometimes, but the limitations of a device like this are part of the fun for me. 3ish mins isn’t huge if you use a lot of longer samples, but back in the day artists made great music with much, much less storage! All about how you use it. I personally don’t feel too limited, I keep about 5 breaks on the Circuit Rhythm at once and try and use them to death before I grab new ones. The joy of the CR is the relatively friction-less nature of sampling, so if you get used to sampling an external device quickly you could keep a ton of breaks on your phone and sample them in as required. I’ve since bought an Octatrack, and the storage space is much larger, but personally I only like keeping a limited set of samples on there anyway. The joy of DAWless devices like this for me is not trying to use them as a limitless DAW, but embracing their idiosyncrasies and creating workarounds as required.

@@nugchompah yeah I’m sure limitations have pretty much created styles/genres. I’m really warming to the idea of the Circuit Tracks. Thanks for the feedback 😊✌️

@@nugchompah Oh and keeping a bank of sounds on your phone is such a good idea!
