I'm not sold on Turkey at all tbh. I think they're a good team but they are not top 4 material so far from what I've seen. I would say a true dark horse in my eyes are Netherlands, Belgium and Croatia. Netherlands because noone thinks they're going to get top 4 (but i think they have a very solid chance to do so), Belgium in a similar vain (especially since they lost to Slovakia) and Croatia too (since they tied Albania).
