I have been a pest management professional in Hampton Roads, VA since 2011. I love your videos and honesty about what should be done vs what sometimes isn't. If I lived in NC I would reach out and inquire about a position.
What if the house doesn't have a crawl space? Our pest control service only checks the bait stations once a year. Where should they be checking if there is a basement instead of a crawl space?
I am big fan of fuse which is imidacloprid and fipronil combined. Taurus is amazing for exterior ant control. Fuse would be too but I don't believe the label is as broad nor would it be cost effective as a pest control option. VA is a label law state though.
So you are saying a flashlight crawl inspection won't cut it ,that would eliminate most of the inspectors I've seen at the placed I worked.i have crawled in spaces other techs swore it couldn't be reached, thankful for phone cameras
@@irishvoyageur I used to wear glasses and any kind of mask would fog my glasses but I would wear one as long as I could but most of the time I just didn't

I appreciate the feedback bro
Those bait stations look new. I guarantee they have just been installed. So no the bait stations aren’t going to suddenly fix current or past damage.
Did the house sell?

They should be going inside the house and at least inspecting the basement and the garage if you have one

If I can’t use termidor or Taurus then I walk away from it. Bait stations fail
Hi Pal I agree
I with you on that .I don't want anything to with a structure where Taurus or termidor couldn't be applied

I don't endorse termite baiting now ,too many fails from it
I don't believe in the bait system
You need to be wearing a good face mask in a crawl space.
I never did ,what would be the reason to
