I have sleep palarize almost everytime...I have the eyes opened,my brain is working,i cant move or blink...And I fell everything the "monster" or "demon" does....I fell so scared,ofc...I cant even talk and I fell so weird at the same time.
I had it like 7-10 times
I have sleep paralysis and I will have these sometimes and I will scream but it won’t go away. For me, my demons will kill me and I can’t dream, sleep, talk, or see until at least morning if I get this at 8:00 pm
Bro just listen ayat ul kursi in loud voice or read it loud daily before sleep and don't sleep straight . Sleep in right direction. Your heart side will up and lever side will be down at sleeping. Your personal demon (shaytaan ) couldn't attack at you again .
And if in any case it attacks you again, just say god is great in Arabic (Allah-hu-akbar) several times and attack back on him. Then listen ayat ul kursi and sleep peacefully.

As a person with sleep paralysis i can confirm that is not what i see at night. Sometimes you see shadows, but they dont move at all, and they just stand there. If you get closer to it, it proves to be fake, and ur just hallucinating. Emphasis on the sometimes.

I have sleep paralysis, and it happens around two- four every night. During this state, I just have a black figure who will watch me from around the bend at my door, watching me silently. It does this until I start to fall asleep, and then it jumps at me. Very bad insomnia, thanks to it.

When I was young I had sleep paralysis, but I don’t have it anymore. I remember trying to scream but hearing nothing. If anybody is wondering, being paralyzed feels like you’re sinking, and it feels like you can’t breathe. I also still have dreams of being killed by family members, specifically my dad. In past dreams my dad has shot me, and drowned me before. I completely trust my dad, and I understand dreams don’t usually come true, even though once I had a dream about a scorpion and when I woke up my mom said she had to show me something and you guessed it: a scorpion caught in a jar.
Sometimes I’ll have a dream where something bad happens and I won’t be able to wake up, even though I know that I’m fully awake and that I’m dreaming, I’m not sure if it’s sleep paralysis but seems pretty accurate compared to all of the stories in chat.
Sleep paralysis is not a medical condition, and it could happen to anyone. Its random, but people who are lucid dream experts may encounter them more because of diverse sleeping techniques.

Sleep paralysis is when you cannot move or speak as you are waking up or falling asleep.
And in this situation it can be very scary as you can’t naturally move or speak. Thats why its called sleep PARALYSIS bc its like where ur parylised.
Anyone with sleep paralysis would quickly understand that the representation is very far form reality...because it's usually more physical than mental or psychological like a tight chest and heavy breathing but psychological it's possible for people with paranoid schizophrenia.
