It shouldn't be cleaned up. Forcing these people out of Kensington is just going to spread it around the city. Before Kensington, there was Camden, it always moves. Resources should be readily available, meanwhile the Philly government is forcing non-profits to shutdown and making resources harder for these people.
I spent about 40k a year there didn't live there but was there every other day.. ahit was crazy got pulled over an forgot to clean my phone screen off an the cops didn't even care 😂 prolly high to lol I been clean over 2 months now. Best decision I've ever made
