@@CarFinanceSimplified Power automate would be the easiest way to import large chunks of data in an existing SharePoint list, IMO.

To create a SharePoint list from a CSV file, you can:
1) Click New List
2) Select From CSV
3) Click Upload File
4) Select the CSV file you want to import
harePoint will automatically try to determine the column types for the file. You can also check the column types and choose a new type if needed

this is great, thank you. What is missing is how you import the CSV backup to the copy of the list. I have complex values and multiple selection field values. Is this possible?
