Stafford and Marshall should boom because of highway proximity. Partly telework folks who only go in a couple times a week or a few times a month. Also vdot likely to expand tolls further along 66 and 95.
Can you answer of these, which area is more blended race? Askingas an aftican american from Miami, I would like to not feel like an outcast (although I know Im not).
Great information! Thank you. I am wondering about suburbs south of Alexandria proper, such as Huntington, Rose Hill, Bell View, Hollindale, Fort Hunt and the Mt Vernon areas. I hope you will do a video of these areas, if they are part of your territory. Thanks!!
dc is nothing without the burbs, and these places are right next to the city and i dont consider them burbs, reston yea but the others in any other city they would be one, but the dc city area is way too small
I received an offer to work at the Albi restaurant, which is located in Navy.(I saw some comments saying to be careful around the region) Which nearby region would you recommend? (remembering that I'm leaving work very late) I go alone, so any little room alone is fine for me. It doesn't have to be a region with lots of things to do. I won't even have time to enjoy the city. Free time, I'll probably need to rest hahaha With a bike, it takes 26 minutes to Dupont Circle, 30 minutes to Brookland (is it easy/safe to bike around town?) THANK YOU!
Raised my kids in Loudoun, moved back to Tidewater 4 yrs ago where grew up. I concur with the $$$ sentiment. Bought my house in Leesburg in ‘86 for 100k. Same house costs 400k when i left. My second house went from 600 to 1.2m in 10 yrs. It’s super expensive.

Great video. I’ve been leaning towards Reston. Thanks for talking about it.
Excellent vidéo. Thank you

I can definitely see growth in those areas, especially when the Manassas airport expansion is done

I'm moving to DC this year
Probably only about 5% of all Americans can afford to buy in these areas. I grew up in MD and currently live in NOVA. It is outrageously expensive.

How is the brookland area in DC??
It’s growing pretty rapidly right now. I would highly recommend a visit to it prior to moving so you can get a feel if the neighborhood is for you.
@@livingindc I've been to dc like 4 times already. But not to that area
The DMV is extremely expensive. Don’t come here. Commutes are 45-90 minutes per day. ❤
