    This week, high-profile executives from Goldman Sachs, Starbucks, Nike, and Qualcomm are reportedly landing in China at a crucial moment. The recent third plenum of the 20th CPC Central Committee unveiled bold new reforms designed to make China's business climate more transparent, stable and investor-friendly. Adding to the intrigue, President Joe Biden has just announced that he won't run for reelection, boosting former President Donald Trump's odds in the next election. So, why is USA Inc. rushing to China now? Could these new reforms reignite foreign investor confidence? And what's in store for global business? Don't miss out!

    Sanctions against CN are financial punitive to cause CN losses & slow its growth. As punitive, such can be quantified. Allow US COs to do business in CN but they will face special tax across all to recover losses as quantified, the revenue raised to compensate CN’s businesses that had so suffered loss. Special tax ceases as soon as all losses quantified recovered. The WEST’s oligarchs will then know if they pushed for such sanctions, none of them will benefit so long as they wish to do business in CN.

However I have not, precisely because of the politics involved. If I took a chance and invested, I don’t know what the US government policy will be in immediate future, as a new Cold War mentality takes hold, and I don’t know how the Chinese government would retaliate. "20:48 Market Access and Institutional Reforms" are codes names for opening up everything for foreign equity capitalists to grab everything on the cheap and usher in an insidious rental capitalist model into the country. That is understood by these foreigners. This is also what these foreigners are hearing without having to undertake real reciprocal changes in their own economies. I believe the government of China is very mindful of this reality and will not venture into these areas without clear and enforceable necessary guardrails.
    As Zhao Hai 25:36, clearly highlighted, some of those property right laws, environment, labour, eCommerce, etc. arrangements are minor when measured against geo-political undercurrents. That I believe the Chinese government will never gamble on. Historical lessons and theft of foreign assets by the U.S and EU are very fresh in the minds of the Chinese government, her citizens and the Global Majority.

    Both Harris and Trump are not representatives of the working class. Harris would do well to pick a VP that champions that economic sector of America. My opinion: Bernie Sanders has always been a champion of the working class and if she picked him, Harris could win. That, despite all the funding from the economic elite. Trump carries a lot of baggage of how corrupt the elite can be and that message will be Harris's main theme as to why she is a better POTUS. Trump will belabor Harris's weak record on immigration and how she has very little experience in the geopolitics of the world. Her one time foray to Asia ended up with zero success. Trump lied about the COVID outbreak and for that the US delayed action caused a huge infection and mortality that exceeded anyone's expectation when it was all said and done.

    A country GDP is driving by it's own economy...housing:real estate, apartments, commercial buildings, plazas, condominium.
    Food industry: restaurant, mama's bakery, education selling private tuition, books from own scholars.
    Job placements office, small enterprise and entrepreneurs, factories and business at retailers level. Street vendors.
    Banks investing on people ideas,
    Entertainment: sport revenue from local teams, music festivals, Chinese opera, monthly celebrations like beer festival, expos and culture events. Arts, crafts with indigenous goods trade.
    Automobile industry: EVs, drones, farming equipment, technology and software services, home appliances and offices supplies.
    If one sector doesn't move the needles of gdp then other sectors will take over like EVS or similar gadgets that mass consumers want for daily life use.
    Other countries like Germany, France or Sweden/Australia sell military equipment, warplanes, tanks and ammunition which represent about 1/2 of that country gdp.
    Having a large payrolls in specific areas like military personnel will fuel the economy by spending in all the above cases.

    • @fairandbalanced65
      @fairandbalanced65 Місяць тому +1

      You might want to check your numbers a bit more closely. There are no countries making 50% of GDP with arms exports. If one pillar collapses it is not that stockpiles of EV's will take the place of an imploding housing and commercial spaces market. As a matter of fact the EV sector is higly in debt itself. Actually the real estate market has a huge negative spiral on other sectors the moment it falters, construction materials, finance, real estate developers, realtors, furniture stores ... you name it. That entire supply chain is under pressure and is more than one 3rd of the economy. You can make some nice phones for exports or drones but it dwarfs the amounts of people involved in other sectors that are now losing their job. What needs to be done is to get money in the pockets of ordinary people and having them willing to buy stuff. When it comes to export alternative markets are not going to cut it. It is time to make sure foreign buyers are willing to buy from China again and there are a host of issues that need to be resolved for that. Chinese companies can also more than ever produce abroad and still use supply chains originating on the mainland to support the economy plus possible alternative supply chains in case of e.g. a situation as experienced during Covid

    2024 USA'S government's leadership officials selection is quite UNIQUE😄🤭, and it should be named "Trump's Karma's Harrowing" in which there is no 3rd choices except throwing the BLANK ballot without any check marks and the new USA'S government's leadership officials still be determined regardless whatsoever "🗽 Lies-abilities" will be SHOWN 🤣😂..PERIOD..
