That clip of Hoovie in his Aston Martin was hilarious, although he has plenty of money lol! The clip of the Wizard kicking the Bentley was pretty damn funny too!
I liked the last example. It makes me think of a thought I couldn't stop having since 2000. Jaguar used to make true genuine sports cars at one time and had a racing heritage. That's how I'd come to realize that I like Jags as well as Porsches, Ferraris and Classic Chevys and more. So, I'd been thinking how I'd be SO delighted to have a true genuine Jaguar sports car specially built for me, that that final example in this vid. The end product would be aluminum parts so it would be a light car, like a Porsche Boxster and enough power to out sprint Aston Martins including the Aston in this video and even keep up with many Ferraris and at least give all the Italian exotics a real run for their money, like Jaguar used to do back in the 1950s. And seeing how Ford has owned Jaguar, I'd try to have more GM parts as well as some Ford Parts but as much Jaguar stuff as possible as well. I don't dislike Ford at all, but I'm more Partial to Chevy, which is why I'm talking about more GM parts to be included because I figure it would qualify as a kit car since it would be only 1 of 1 produced.
I think enthusiast sleep on the Cadillacs a lot because of the fact that they are tailored toward the older generation for somewhat cheap luxury. With the right wheels and suspension they can look menacing. Add an exhaust setup and some other little odds and ends, you got yourself a beast of a cruiser.
Not only are Cadillac decent LOOKING cars, but they are typically VERY reliable cars... I had a 1979 Coupe Deville, wasn't much of a looker, but the engine ran like new... even gad a local stock car driver offer to buy it off me because he wanted the engine... Cadillac is a good car... hell, they even have some racing history, like the Lemans 24 hour race...
I have a 2012 Maserati Granturismo & so far it’s been awesome, knock on wood! They last if properly maintained the problem is the maintenance can be expensive so people don’t do it when they should! The great part is general maintenance on them is pretty simple for the DYI mechanics out there!
Another car (not “cheap” per say) I would also consider is the Lotus Elise. Renowned as one of the best handling cars, Toyota reliability, and super exotic looks. Asked a bunch of friends how much they think the car is worth, and they all thought the price range is between 80k-100k+, also assumed that it can go up to 180mph. In reality, they’re like 30k and go about the same speed as a Civic Si. Also gets good MPG, and the carbon fiber body is crazy tough (makes the car pretty safe for its size, even if it’s about the size of an NC Miata!) Some have a manual transmission, and a removable hardtop, too! They’re not comfortable on long road trips and spacious, just keep in mind.
Correct in that they aren't comfortable at all, no creature comforts. But I've never heard any lotus described as "toyata reliability". You must've had a lucky one my dude.
The chassis is an Aluminum tub made from aluminium extrusions. The body is fibreglass. The seats in my old mk2 (probax seats) were the most comfortable seats of any car I’ve owned. I drove from Bristol to Edinburgh in it and had no issue. It’s true that there is very little space though
SLK32AMG is a little rocket car that you can get for a great price and the prices are going up so hurry! I traded 30 hours of backhoe work and 25 gallons of diesel for mine and it's the best deal I've ever made. My wife was upset until she rode and drove the car, then she was as floored as I was. Mine has been very reliable too so it's been a great little and I do mean "little" car but omg is the thing fun to drive. I just wish it had a manual transmission but even with the automatic it's a ton of fun! When the supercharger kicks into full gear, this thing takes off like a rocket, it rivals a lot of Porsches for speed too, it is a great car!!!
Nice video, good choice of cars... the pricing on some of those were shocking to me... If you want a car that looks good and is a classic, get a 1971 Oldsmobile Delta 88 Royal... the car is reliable, very easy to work on, and, though it may may not make you look "rich" per se, you won't look poor either... I had one, bought it for only a couple hundred dollars and drove it fir several years, even drove it all the way from New Mexico to Virginia...
Funny enough I actually picked up a 98 e320 and I love it it's fun it rides amazing and it looks pretty good I hated the looks of it when I got it but it slowly started to grow on me

I had a '79 Coupe Deville once... the engines ate VERY reliable... and believe it or not, they get decent gas milage too for what they are, at least mine did...
A couple more things to note about the Cadillac ATS... 1- it's the same platform as the Camaro, for what that's worth. 2- you can get one with a 6-speed manual. (Save the Manuals!) Oh, and that Factory Five is pretty sweet, but the EJ puking oil all over my driveway is already blown up, so ... Sad trombone.

These aren't that good of choices. Besides the Cayman and maybe the cadillac, these options are pretty bad. If you don't have any money, the last you should be doing is trying to look rich. A slightly used car would be much better than these money pits.
Not sure how a Cayman can be bought for $20k. I was looking for one prior to the insane market and even higher mileage S models were around $30k on the very low end back then.
Who are you talking to ! single males that make above $70pr 🤕 an old Porsche will send yo ass to the po house, unless you can afford it as a second Car, at which point, you can park it somewhere safe, till you save up enough to afford the very expensive worn out from age part it needs.. much better than most other Euros except MB, today's Volvo isn't the Volvo of old, and the other sweed is gone 🤷🏾♂️ Ferrari, Rolls anything before BMW, are money pits unless it's a 2nd Car you can park uuuntil 🤷🏾♂️
0:01 while yes socialism does look good on paper, it does not work well in practice, the government gets greedy and everyone gets poor, and if no matter how hard you work you get the same paycheck, why work at all if you get the same paycheck anyways? we have it easy in the US, what happens in US ghettos is that the government pays the people just enough to survive but not live well, and if they get a job the government takes away the paychecks, so, why work at all? and that's how people stay poor, it's better to have some poor and some rich than everyone poor.
