The Winged Dragon Of Ra is secretly Red Eyes Ultimate Dragon, so it makes sense to put it in his deck.
Joey survived ra and should’ve won the duel but even if he did win an collect ra he still wouldn’t have been able to use it because he has no connection to the ancient past therefore the god card would not respond to his commands even more so he can’t read the ancient chant.

same haven't even thought about yugioh in years but once duel links came out nostalgia hit and saw that they had a playable slifer in a sweet deal of a beginners box had to get it

Today, Konami want to make more epic moment that it’s not epic anymore. Cards today all have the same effect but has a different cost. Today, it’s special summon, special summon, search, special summon, special summon from the extra deck, search, special summon some more, summon from extra deck, normal summon, draw, pitch, search, summon, extra deck, set up board for negate.

Definitely add the gods to the decks. Always felt Joey should've had the power at least once in the ending of the series to use at least one of them, and Ra does cater to his play style a fair bit. On the edge and always adapting/learning. A shame he never used one but it'll be a blast seeing what goes one with the duels man! Hell might run the Ra card in Dawn of a new era to see what happens.
But only someone linked to the ancient past may use a god card (Marik, pharaoh and kaiba)
If you use the god cards, I suggest using the ones from legendary decks 1 since they have the og blue border obelisk, red border slifer, etc. and just have the playable version set aside for reference of effs and stuff
I like that versus! Very good to settle which Legendary Decks are superior. Each one should get a god card... and irony since Joey is stuck with the weaker Ra.

you should do it, Kaiba gets obelisk... THE TORMENTOR, Yugi gets Slifer.. THE SKY dragon, and Joey gets THE WINGED DRAGON OF RA. It would be on equal ground, and would be amazing. keep rocking, love the videos

One fun way could be the duelist kingdom deck vs the Joey deck and the battle city deck vs the Kaiba deck, and the gadget deck vs the Yugi deck
For the final you should build an ultimate deck with the yugis legendary decks 1. What I mean is to still have 40 cards but all of the cards from the different decks, this will of course mean that a lot of cards from the yugis legendary decks will not be used in the final.

A free for all battle would be such a cool idea. I want to see out all of the 6 decks, which one is the best to play with. The only that going to suck is that you need like 6 people playing simultaneously.
Monster Recovery in the Anime was:
Put all monsters on your side of the field into your hand, shuffle your hand into the deck, draw 5 cards than immediately Summon one monster from your hand(if any)
I think throwing the God cards in the deck is a good idea. It would give the duels that clutch/unexpected factor. It wouldn't even be too broken either since the decks aren't really meant to summon them in the first place. Your idea for the round robin is good too.
I think you should do the format like hearthstone does but make a deck has to win 2 games to get a point and first person to 3 wins the game
How about out of the 6 decks, the two with the most wins face each other. That way we may get 2 decks from the same collection vs each other.

the first three duels were a nice idea but it would be nice to have the fourth duel be a combination of each decks if possible

I would say, you should put the Gods in the LD2. Yugi gets Slifer, Kaiba gets Obelisk and Joey should get Ra. Ra fits to his playstyle. :)

U should put one legendary GOD in every Yugi's legendary deck, but put the legendary DRAGONS in the new character decks as well as their fusions and the knight versions of them

I think the only way to go is to build one deck from the best 40 card from LD1. The decks really are not very good on their own, for instance there's only one LIGHT monster (Mystical Elf) in the Exodia deck with BLS-Envoy. So summoning that is going to be next to impossible. Then do a round-robin between each of the four decks, and then the two with the most wins faces off in the final.
Roman your on to the right track but here is how you should do it. add a 2 more random decks Then split the 8 decks ik two a 4 deck group then (i apologise for the length of this comment) Do the round robben so all the decks play eachother once and the top 2 best decks of both groups play the other decks so like the deck that finnishes first in group A will play the second best deck in group B and reversed with the 2nd deck from A and the 1st place deck from B. then the winners of the two duels will do a best of 3 final duel. That's how it should be done. put ra and slyfer in yugis deck cause Joey never used a god card in the show
They should do a 3rd Legendary decks but for villains; Marik, Bakura and Dartz.
yeah the roud robbin sounds nice ! but dont include the god cards, i think the duel would be more focused on summoning them instead of playing the themed decks iykwim
How about a battle city style name each deck draw from a hat or something that puts each deck vs another one and winner moves on to the final 2 decks

Well you can duel each 3 against all 3 and end up with around 9 videos for it so each deck and battle each and you can battle the new legendary decks 2 to see what's the best deck in the 2
And no keep the gods all to yugi
Id be ok with Joey having Ra, Although Ra imo, is not the most useful unless you use the support cards that were made for it. The Decision to convert all but 100 of your LP Vs. Having a Monster that simply destroyed monsters with an effect. Then Theres Slifer which is ok if Summoned Early enough, but keeping a strong hand can be a bit of a challenge.
I say use Obelisk, Slifer and Ra. Because it would also make it more interesting IF they can withstand some of the other decks, that do have card's that will be problematic: DMOC is scary of a second use of a spell card and banishing a monster it destroys; BLS-Envoy of the Beginning can banish a monster once per turn; and finally Exodia all 5 in hand is game, so I say use them.

What is the easyest way to get the RED EYES BLACK DRAGON card? The OG card? In wich packs or structure decks or tin boxes? An also the same question for the Blue Eyes White DRAGON OG card?

I'd say put the God Cards in. And it might be kinda OP, but i suggest you also include immortal phoenix and Ra's sphere to joey's deck since normal ra's effect is kinda underwhelming.
I think your idea for duels are great. However if the God cards come from Yugi's deck from legendary decks 2 doesn't that mean if you put slifer back in yugi's deck he will have a 38 card deck right?

you can put one slifer on one of the yugi decks except the exodia deck.
Here's an idea, why don't you let the *Legendary Decks 1* use those god cards(*LD2*).

one God card for Kaiba which is obelisk the tormentor and one for Joey which should be ra.

Personally, i think both Yugi and Kiba should both get their God cards in each deck. Joey's deck on the other hand, i think it would be interesting to see how he would go without using Ra :)
Put the God Cards in the LD2 Decks. Joey deserves Ra. He should have won, he just passed out before declaring the attack.
Scapegoat with Joey's deck and Ra would be op, but its Yugi's deck just believe in the heart of the cards then it would be fair.
