Meditation is to empty the contents of one's consciousness as 'me' and 'not me'. Thought realising it's own limitation and not spilling over into psychological arena, so that one is psychologically nothing. This nothingness is to have unlimited space and energy (not in order to arrive at this). Not as something connived at, contrived, well planned as a movement of desire and will; but as something in daily life, natural, easy and effortless. Here there is no place for belief, tradition, practice, the ideal away from 'what is'.
Space is light of consciousness. So first realisation of consciousness is in terms of space.

Don't ask what real meditation is sir. The moment you ask that question, corruption begins. The moment you can observe the disorder or conflict within you, that very observation is meditation. And who's meditating? Nobody or nothing. Real meditation happens every moment of your life in the spaceless and timeless now. Don't try to understand what I'm saying, the moment you understand the truth of what I'm saying, the space that K's talking about is already arising within you. And it will show itself without you exerting effort, will or desire. Any desire, effort or will to meditate will just hold you back.

a brain must have space - could it be that the preoccupation of the mind to be in constant knowledge- gathering mode is the cause of an overflowing content of consciousness ? This action being subjective,it accentuates the differences between one human being and another.My capacity to gather and store knowledge against yours.This divisive and conflict- ridden action using superior human intelligence,is violence because the agenda is one upness.Understanding this,the entity discards all divisive psychological baggage in the form of knowledge,and brings his existence to functionality.The basics for deha dharma is the need of entire humanity.In this state there is every possibility of space in the brain,as focus is on need ,not greed.
The deep insecurity that underlies all our lives is the cause for such actions. The knowledge seeking mode, one up than my neighbor, all wealth both material and academic, to compare and feel more secure. A mind that is engaged constantly erodes itself. Dulls itself. Constant struggle brings out weariness in the brain. Seen from this perspective, the need for space for the mind is the need of the moment for an individual. A space where it is not bound by its attachments and roams freely, like the wind.
The moment you define meditation, you can be sure it isn't meditation.

The scientist doesn't know. Thinks he knows, or knows he doesn't know and says what he says anyway, and charge you for it (whatsoever he doesn't know and communicates by words!).
Is it the brain, the physical organ, or the mind that he is talking about??
BE AUTHENTIC !!!
NEVER say YES when you want to say NO!!!
AND NEVER say NO when you want to say YES!!!
Why is it difficult for some people to speak the truth?

1. Not just from here to there
2. Without a Center
3. Not attached
4. Emptiness
5. ‘Nothing’ contains tremendous energy [as nothing occupies/uses the potential]
