i been trying this since 2005...and still i can not get this ( i never could get it.. i could never get that fucking jump.that exercise you do at 0:42...how do you practise that? im to scared to jump and when i try my hip is to horizontal and not up like how you do it..i got closer trying it on elbows but when i do it i dont jump its more a step over..i can not get this jump and its fucking annoying and very depressing.
Work on your pike freeze, then jumping on pike freeze (with straight legs). That should help you build the form for the jump. then you try to take more momentum, put more weight in the direction of the jump and then use the same movement to land on your other hand. I think piking on both hands + jump should help you with this movement. Good luck!
