I agree, the scarf is super cool! I would not have thought to add red to that colour combo but it works in a really interesting way. Also love the transition with white
Thank you!! ☺️💗 I was really inspired by the Candyland game board tiles when picking the colours but the placement was so hard I was really indecisive haha
I’ve worn turtle necks with my sweater no 14 v neck! Keeps you super warm too but I still feel like I’m wearing pajamas or sweats in that kind of outfit hahaha
Fun to see all your projects in one video, really appreciate the reviews as well! Picot/folded hems and edges are really tricky, I noticed that it will always flip out if you knit the same number of rows before and after the fold-creating row. Depends on how you're knitting, but removing 1-2 rows on one side makes all the difference!
Loved this! I had the same experience with Saona! I wanted to love it. I made a short sleeved Cozy Classic Light and it's just too itchy to wear. The colors are just gorgeous. Thanks for the idea of the lonely leftovers vest! I just made the Ruby vest (sewing) and it's such a great addition. Take care and Happy New Year!
Agreed, it’s just a little prickly for me but I want to love it!! I would totally make the ruby vest if I could sew well 😅 I love all of Sydney Grahams designs but I just admire from afar because I’ve never sewn any garments before 😂
Wow, thank you for the video. I love how you cover the yarns and the difficulties of knitting each project. My, when do you have time to knit all these projects. Your stitches are, also, very even. You should cover the way you knit (how you hold the yarn and needles, etc.) one of these days
Your work is beautiful. Your mohair sheer sweater would look lovely with a black tank underneath and especially if you wear it with black dress pants as you mentioned.
About the shadow wrap socks, it may be that the purl bumps are the issue. Turn the socks inside out and wear them in shoes to see it that solves it. There are many who make themselves socks to be worn with the bumps on the outside or knit the bothersome parts with the bumps on the outside. Awesome knits and video. :-)
I think the bolero might look good to keep your shoulders warm in a sundress on summer evenings. My favorite sweater this year was Fenne by Natasja Hornby. It's knitted bottom up and the sleeves are grafted at the back center seam.
Thank you for so much inspiration 🤓 As I'm using a picot edge often for my socks, for my experience, you should go down with needle size at the top of your edge (about 1/3 height).
Try the bolero in the summer over a dress when it gets cold towards the evening. It's super handy to throw in your bag because it's smaller than a sweater 🧶😉
For your audrey top, if you took one or 2 rows off the back side of the picot edge it might lay flatter? With fewer rows I imagine it would be pulled back
I'm so inpired by your blouse nbr 1 light and think I will copy you and make one for myself but in dark blue. How is the feel of yours regarding to temperature? Do you wear it when it's warm or cold out? Do you feel it gets very cold due to all the holes or very warm due to the mohair?
Ahh go for it! I would say it doesn’t keep me very warm especially when I only wear a bralette underneath, it almost feels like I’m not wearing anything because the mohair is so light 😅 I wouldn’t wear it now in the winter unless to a strictly indoor party and underneath my parka when I’m outside haha
@hipknithooray OK, then I'll keep it for a bit later. 😉 Do you wear it when it's warmer or does the mohair feel itchy or too warm then? I have a knitted to that feels like not wearing anything and I love it but that one is linen and perfect for the summer.
How did you get the cast off edges of your blouse no 1 to not be too tight? I’ve knitted this pattern too with one strand of mohair and i found it really difficult to not have a very tight cast off edge
Ooo it was a bit tricky! For the cast on, I believe I cast on using one needle size larger and then for the cast off I bound off with a super loose tension in purl stitch - like didn’t pull tightly on any stitches or adjust my tension after pulling a stitch over one and it worked for me ok. 😅 Maybe you could try sizing up the needle you are binding off with?
Wait what? I can still get the pattern books as a whole and single patterns at my go-to online shops and still need to buy only a minimum of one single skein of Sandnes yarn.
Oh really! I’ve only seen the single leaflets + yarn kit offered at retailers I can order from 🥲 like galt house of yarn, true north yarn and mother knitter! Maybe I’ll have to look at some German shops!
your self-drafted scarf is simply gorgeous! I love how you transitionned your colours!

I really love watching your videos. They are so well done. Love the format. Thank you for sharing your creativity with us🤗
All of your knits look so polished and professional. I love the way you transitioned your colors on your scarf. Stunning.
🥺 Why are all your knits so perfect 🥺
I love the look of your sweater no14 v neck! I think it looks great on you 😊
Love your knits, wonderful yarns as well! 🤎
Thanks Rebecca, I really enjoyed your podcast. You looked great in the bolero!
I think both those v-neck sweaters would look beautiful with a thin turtleneck layer underneath!
I’ve worn turtle necks with my sweater no 14 v neck! Keeps you super warm too but I still feel like I’m wearing pajamas or sweats in that kind of outfit hahaha
I love everything ❤ but the bolero, candyland scarf and ornaments are fabulous.
Love all your information and review.

Love your podcasts and your knits 😀

Great round up, thank you. I really enjoy your podcasts- really informative and inspiring. Have a wonderful 2025 👍

Been waiting for this!! So excited
Your Candyland Scarf is fabulous ❤well done! My favourite knit this year was the Clay Sweater byOzetta
Love the look of the clay sweater!! Looks like a fun knit too
Your work is beautiful. Your mohair sheer sweater would look lovely with a black tank underneath and especially if you wear it with black dress pants as you mentioned.
Oooo yes agreed!! I’ll have to try that out

Ooo the fenne sounds super interesting!
Thank you for so much inspiration 🤓

I have actually knitted the sole of socks in reverse stockinette with DK and worsted yarns. I can feel the texture too in some yarns
That’s super interesting! Maybe the texture of the purl bumps is what I’m feeling
Try the bolero in the summer over a dress when it gets cold towards the evening. It's super handy to throw in your bag because it's smaller than a sweater 🧶😉
Ahh great idea!!
for picot edge, you could try knitting the 'back' side (one which will be folded inside) on smaller needles and make it a bit longer.
Beautiful scarf
I love it
For your audrey top, if you took one or 2 rows off the back side of the picot edge it might lay flatter? With fewer rows I imagine it would be pulled back
A few others have suggested this! I knit one less row in the backside but maybe I need to sew it down even lower
scarf pattern PLEASE OMG
I wrote down the stitch counts and how I knit it in my Ravelry notes!! Maybe one day I’ll turn it into a pattern 😅☺️
@ it’s so gorgeous!! Please do!
what the pattern of the sweater you wore at the start of the vid?
I think it's the Lakes - looking at her raverlry page!
Yes it’s the lakes pullover by ozetta! ☺️💗
@ thank you!

The same applies to me here in Germany.
@TheSolipsist0 Hey, a fellow person living in Germany. 🥰
