Love your videos. The once about the serve has really helped me. From serving alot of double faults to serving really stable and just improving every time I’m on the court. The best tip I got is from your video - the finger!!!!!
6:10 The solution is easy here Jeff. Have the player catch the racquet THEN let go BEHIND them, not in front. I have 100% success rate at improving a persons forehand by having them catch the racquet. The only time it fails is when the player refuses to do it. That being said, I have multiple ways of having a player catching the racquet depending upon what outcome we are trying to achieve. Catching the racquet solves so many problems on the forehand as well as developing the forehand to a very high level very quickly if you can get the student to buy into it. Did you miss me Jeff?
I just started and was getting frustrated. Am so happy to find your videos. This gives me hope to learn faster and better. Thank you so much for your attention to detail 👍 Am left hand 😉
Does catching the racquet make it much more likely that you will be engaging the non-hitting shoulder and using your entire core to drive the ball rather than just "arming" it using only the hitting shoulder?

How do you catch it on high ball strike point? I always found it easier to do at the optimal contact height but on high balls, I feel my non hitting arm just drops to it's side
thank you very much jeff, your work is superlative , and from argentina, your english is so clear and slow, i can learn a lot, thanks again guillermo

I think it's hard to do it on a high ball strike...
@@matyverona9407 It is hard on those shots. That's why i would like to hear what Jeff has to say
I pronate my algorithm.
