I love Sanur and what sets it apart from Seminyak or Canggu is that it is Balinese and as you say village like. I don't think anyone that lives in Sanur or regularly travels to Sanur wants to see a beach club, hopefully given the culture of Sanur the beach club won't take off.
Hello Krisna, in the beginning of the video you see a money changer shop. I see the Euro at 16,100. But if you film the other side I see 16,700. A mistake by the shop I think. I heard that the beach club did not get a permit! And what's with those big apartments next to Icon? Apparently work has come to a standstill there too! Greetings, we are now back in Belgium!

I really hope they don't spoil Sanur with beach clubs. Once one opens, there will be competition - then there'll be more 😭It will change the peaceful vibe & ultimately the place will not be the same ever again.

Already too many beach clubs in Bali - but its a sign of the times of who is coming to Bali unfortunately. What were previously visitors interested in nature, Balinese culture and the people - now its a bunch of sheep who dont care where they are, just want sun and a view and get drunk or take photos for instagram to show they are in a fancy place - very sad indeed, and Bali will suffer long term if they keep catering only to that - already so much nature lost.

It took me 25 minutes yesterday from the statue near Massimo to Icon Bali. Insane! Jalan Danau Tamblingan is not the place for such a huge mall.

Sorry, Krisna. I don't think a Beach Club in Sanur is a great idea. Sanur has a different feel to say, Kuta and the other places.
