Maybe you should mention that they will very often see something like "já by jsem" or "ty by jsi" and people think it's correct, but actually it's nonsense. Mostly older people believe it was correct when they were in school, but they remember it not correctly, only correct variants are "já bych" and "ty bys." In case of "bychom," you can very often see "by jsme" which is total nonsense and "bysme" which is not formal Czech, but more acceptable than by jsme.
