- For a very long time of around 2-3 years, We were searching for this Incredible Beauty 'Honda CD200 RoadMaster' and finally, we found this Classic Motorcycle. In this Video, we started the Restoration work on this Road Master Bike and Fully restored the Fuel Tank, Mudguards and main Chassis of this bike. We'll restore the Engine in the Next part and finally, We'll assemble the bike and make a road test in the third one.
The Honda CD 200 RoadMaster is a remarkable piece of machinery, known for its durability and classic design, crafted by Honda in the late 1970s and early 1980s. This model, known for its reliable performance, has become a beloved choice among vintage motorcycle enthusiasts.
Story:
Almost a year ago, we discovered an abandoned Honda CD 200 RoadMaster from 1982. After acquiring it, we faced the challenge of sourcing parts due to its unique and vintage nature. Some parts were sourced directly from original stock in Japan, while others we crafted ourselves. Through dedication and meticulous work, we've not only restored this classic Honda but also made key modifications, including upgrading the engine and modernizing the headlights to enhance its functionality and style. #restoration #asmr #motorcyclerestoration #classicbikes

I bought a CB175 K6 in 1975 the colour you are spraying.
You have to repair the inside of the tank too..
I did it yo one of my bike's with epoxy which not soluble in gasoline...

Its Honda CD175 not Honda CD 200 engine may be changed but fuel tank and mudgards are still from 175

Depends on the country it is sold in.
In Pakistan its Honda CD 175 not Honda CD 200 Road Master
No bro chasis and all the parts except engine is of CD 175 only the engine is of CD 200.

Please don't divide videos into parts. Just make an hour long one single video. You'll get equal watchtime. It's so annoying waiting for the next part, and sometimes it takes way too long, and sometimes the project isn't even concluded, just like that soviet Jeep.
As a viewer, it's very annoying and frustrating.
