Really solid vid man. I played NBA2K for the past 7 years and got pretty bored as I typically am an offline player and the is zero challenge at the highest difficulties. I never really watched, played or gained any understanding of baseball but man I’m glad I picked up this game. Sucking and getting my ass beat never felt so good 😂. Anyways I’m always looking for tier videos ect to get an understanding of what cards are good and just wanted to let you know your content is really good and hope you keep making these! Also really liked your video on Reggie Jackson. Keep bringing those sweet vids!!

Had a full game shutout with Gibson with like 93 pitches, crazy good game pitching for me, his stuff is so nasty and accurate
Blackburn at D is wild tbh. Would think C at worst and probably B like Stroman but I get the per 9's argument. I have like 900K and Chipper and am trying to decide what to do. I'm thinking about buying Bob Gibson at least and maybe Sasaki but I also don't have Trout or any of the real high dollar cards. How would you rank the S and A cards in order?
S tier: Sasaki, May, Gibson, Ohtani
A tier: Darvish, Pedro, Feller, Madbum, Cueto
I respect your list but I’ve had different results. For one, I pitch no hitters with gold Christian Javier,,,, I get shutouts with silver Marcus Stroman. The pitcher is more important than the attributes. A trash ass 99 overall pitcher still gets crushed. Before you say it’s my difficulty, think about this,, I’m in the same difficulty when diamond pitchers don’t do well for me. So I would say, it’s more about each persons pitching style.
Offline play doesn’t count my guy…

That’s always a tough question, because the game plays so different, but I would say yes. Those guys I. The A/S tier are the ones you want to be using, no matter what the difficulty is!
Where would you put Grayson Rodriguez now on this list? A? S?
I haven't faced him or see anyone use him yet but based off his stats, quirks and his motion, I'd say A tier
I just got the 99 ohtani, how do I play him at DH and pitcher? The game lets me put him in the DH spot but won’t let me put him in the rotation
Put him at DH but don’t put him in the rotation. When you match with someone, in your pitcher screen, he’ll show up as your 6th starter.

Honestly, probably the D/F tier. Those cards really aren't that good and most players would crush them.
What abt Vida blue
Probably B tier. Not bad but not great either.
Where would you place the Negro League pitchers? Obv satchel is a step up but the rest of then i feel like would fit in c tier
Yeah I completely forgot about those cards tbh. With the boosts- Donaldson is probably A tier, Satchel is probably B and the rest are in the C/D tier.
Only thing i disagree with is dustin may in S tier. I rake against him

Theres a gap in right center scoreboard that shows clouds behind his release point.
I can't hit Sale with Lefty lefty. But when I put all righties or switch hitters in, he's pretty easy to hit.
Pitching is harder because it feels hitting got slightly easier
I think it’s a mix of both to be honest with you. The more I play, the better I have become with pitching this year

Dustin may, bumgarner, feller can’t locate pitches. I value bb:9 significantly higher. Keep mentioning how hard it is to locate but the guys with high bb:9 are rated so low while people like May and Feller who can’t locate you have S
High BB/9 isn’t everything. Blackburn is far from S tier lol. Does not throw hard enough and his H/9 is way too low. Guys like May have the same mix, throw harder, tougher motion, have outlier, and can still locate decently. If I were to throw Blackburn against the players I play against he’d give up 10 in 3 innings 🤣
