I was looking at that boost that Freeman gives and I knew it was going to be great for these TA players. His captain boost really makes a lot of these players super good. I was thinking of using this team but probably try to put Kris Bryant and Mitch Haniger on the team because I really like their swings

Am i the only person disappointed with the Mets Team Affinity 3 cards? Dom Smith, Gary Carter (unusable btw) and Syndergaard? Braves get banger after banger and all the 99 collection cards and Mets only got David Wright 😭 I was really hoping to get a 99 Alonso or Piazza. I'd take another Lindor too. Who knows, maybe we will get them in packs for HRD and ASG.

I’m glad to see Schoop getting some love! I was really hoping he’d be the O’s card for TA and they didn’t disappoint. He gets both the Ripken and Rollins boosts as well.

They need to add more core cards, nobody wants to have to rebuild their team every month because of their current god squad expiring. Especially once the winter months approach and the game dies down. I would personally have no problem with the grind if I was using it to unlock Hank Aaron for the entire year for example. Unfortunately right now we're just doing these long tedious grinds just to rent these cards for a month. If everything stays the same this game will die faster than it usually does.

Sorry I'm in the minority i feel like but online play is the only thing I really like to do. I think having to consistently play cpu games burns out the game for me personally, I think online players need to get more incentive towards team affinity or programs.

I’m a little annoyed at how much worse the TA2 cards were than the TA1 charisma cards. Joc Pederson was absolutely nuts. He was on my team til recently. Taylor Ward at P4 is one of the best defensive outfielders in the game, Dustin May was lights out on the mound and there were a ton of other great cards like Yelich, Peña, Ronald, Eloy Jimenez etc. They weren’t 5 tool players but they all had their uses and things they were good at so you could build a complete and powerful team with them. Most of the TA2 guys were legitimately useless or had a glaring and exploitable hole. I’m a no money spent player, I don’t expect to have 5 tool elite guys everywhere but outside of Naps none of the TA2 guys made my team. Hopefully TA3 puts out some guys good enough to use in a ranked game

The whole idea of sets is offensive. You work your ass off to get cards you can’t use.
