Wow man your brother has got it goin on that offset shock is awesome I understand the rigidity he's accomplishing with that 1 offset pipe very interesting I think you guys definitely got something going on here thanks Caesar and your brother as always
Stretched ruckus never have really good rebound and normally have a. 1 inch rebound on bumps. So far this has some travel and I'm "hoping" a very smooth ride on any surface. We will see. This is 99% my brother and I just advise
Glad you noticed the offset tube. I believe it really adds to the rigidity of the frame. It’s all together now and we’re just hooking up everything some I hope there’s an update on the progress soon.
Ceasar was concerned about strength at one point in time but after he saw the bent tubing, he knew it was going to be strong. I’m glad for projects like these, it’s helping me practice my TIG welding.
I’m looking to PC it with a lighter blue with some pearl. I will put it all together, make sure there are no other tabs I need to add for the seat and possibly the fuel vacuum pump, then I’ll powdercoat everything.
Good work guys. Love the engineering and thought process behind the design. Would be ideal for me as I want to mount a lambretta 2 stroke geared motor soon
What’s cool about this rear frame is that it is really like a base that can be customized to whatever you want….or at least that is my plan. I like your idea though. Oh the possibilities!
I was sooo close to buying a donor bike but it fell through. It was 4 hours away and I just couldn’t get out there in time. If only I had a donor bike, I would be developing it at the same time. Keep an eye out for news about the PCX version, it is high on my priority list.
Charlie, I’m hoping that will be a possibility after some testing. If anyone has interest in one, they just need to message me and get on a list. Right now it’s only for GY6, unless I find a cheap PCX donor bike.
@@alanjamandre4139 yes sir!! I’ve been debating going gy6 for a while now….this frame would seal the deal for me. Especially if it could be later converted to a pcx motor. Amazing stuff you guys are doing here.

Man, I’ll go this time. I need to get this thing running.
Thanks for video!💯
No problem!!
thing looks so sick!
Thanks Kyle! I can wait to get it rolling.
That's a nice clean frame. Can't go wrong with a bent tube frame. Less welding is always better

I build with steel for a living your welds look good.
Looks great! I'm looking forward to how your brother does the seat
I was able to mount the OEM seat but I’m open to options. What do you think? Padded pan seat? Could be a possibility!
@@alanjamandre4139 I think a pan seat with a small kick up on the rear would look nice
Totally agree @danny Thor
Been waiting for video
For the frame ?
@@SmallEngineVelocity any video been to long
Ceasar has been wanting to shoot one so it’s my bad, but we finally got you guys an update. Hopefully it was worth the wait.
That definitely looks sturdy. Can't wait to see it rolling down the road.
What color you thinking of doing?
Not sure yet, this is for my brothers bike. Dont know what he will pick. Thinking about doing one for myself also

Exactly! You could fit a swingarm and a vertical cyl motor under there

Very interesting project. Im looking for a comercial solution to fit my pcx 125 in my ruckus. I will follow this project very closer 😃
As SOON we can find a donor bike it will be on the table
