Syrup 1 cup sugar 1 cup white/distilled vinegar 1/4 tsp salt Boil til bubbly then switch of heat. While the syrup still hot, pour into the heat-proof container of your garlic+chilly. Let it sit for a day. Enjoy😋. P. S. I guess it can be kept until a month if you dont like the strong taste of garlic. Hope this help!
