My question is, ashamane is a snapshot of your rip. So why are you using it as a combo generator to get your rip off? Shouldnt you be using it after rip is applied and tiger fury is down? Its a free 3 point generator and its gonna snap shot savage roar, prolonged power, and 5 combo point rip for bonus damage.
Steven Strube hey dude! not playing WoW right now, so probably something changed for Argus? When I made this guide I checked logs at the time, so probably its a bit out of date, cant say. But when u check out the logs u can see when top ferals use it, probably that might help :) sorry for that not-helpful answer
Not a problem i was just curious! Doing antorus last night our other feral and i had discussed this and seen a slight change in dps growth by using it after the first rip is applied for both of us. I will check logs later tonight for reference. :)
Some clarification: Ashamane's FRENZY does not snapshot rip. Ashamane's BITE does. Ashamane's bite is a random proc on cp generators. The dot from Ashamane's Frenzy only snapshots on Tiger's Fury and Blood Talons. Savage Roar does not snapshot anymore on anything but will dynamically increase dmg on existing dots.
What do you mean by "ashamane is a snapshot of your rip"? Ashamane's is affected by snapshotting but it doesn't create a snapshot for anything else. It DOES put a dynamic damage amplification (via the trait "bloodletter's frailty) up for your abilities but it is NOT a snapshot and ONLY increases the damage the target takes from your abilities during its duration. After AF falls off the target that damage amplification goes away, so it is NOT a snapshot and therefore it doesn't matter how/when you apply the rip. For maximum use of that you just want to have plenty of energy to dump during the AF debuff, and you want it stacked with tiger's fury to get even more damage during that duration.
I have not seen such a clean and well done PvE guide in general at all. It clearly shows your love and passion of the druid class with feral in perticular. The rotation and Legy/item choises are well explained with clear numbers (from your prespective). You deserve a giant thumbs up! Keep it up!

well at least its probably 1 sec? tigersfury snapshots with the frenzy even when u use it after, so I just prefere to use frenzy-incar+ tigersfury and put 5 cp rip on target immidiatly to shred and bite the rest of incar .

I am using the normal wow Interface with some addons like bartender(to make it abke to move bars and put em.in the right position) and dotfocus(tracks your dots /bleeds) and some.weakauras. I posted the dotfocus profile in the description with the "how to import" explanation. And some.important weakauras :) working on a new guide so its up to date
Savage roar is beyond overrated. You actually lose damage unless your entirely mythic geared and use the rotation perfectly without a margin of error. Moment of clarity paired with brutal slash dose more damage than ferocious bite and you get 3 charges.
Hey have you tried simming the NH 4 set with incarn, SR and MoC, with a more crit / vers focused build, you can do huge shreds that are buffed with them 3 talents and the 4 set from NH, im seeing real success with that, more DPS than ToS 4 set. Plus the crit stats mean brutal slash hit for tons in M+ [M+ build talents being Predator and BSlash instead of Blood Scent and SR]

y I did test this but sabertooth is pretty weak in comparision to brutal slash. but if ur not playing for ranks or high end raiding u can choose whatever u want :)

in your '1 boss opener with moment of clarity and brutal slash' rotation at the end it says 'and so on' it would be super helpful what the filler rotation is until your cd's are up because im new to feral and it is easy to follow your opener guide but once i get past that im completely lost and then lose all my dps. some help with this would be awesome :) gr8 vid anyway
well u can check out the rotation in my 7.2.5 guide, it didnt change much except opener and savage roar doesnt snapshot anymore. thats why I said ''and so on'' :) well u just refresh ur bleeds with 8-12 secs left and genereate cp with your shreds and brutal slashes and only use bloodtalons with a finisher(Bite) and to refresh rip/rake ofc when its needed to be refreshed :)

In your 1 boss opener with savage roar and Bloodtalons, following the 2. Option; Would'nt it be smarter to wait with the Ashamane's Frenzy till you have pop'd Incernation + Tigers, and thereby getting a 30% damge increase 15 from "Feral Instinct" and 15 from Tigers ? Just wondering if there was a reason you would use it before the increase

Hi, nice guide, I am just wondering about where you say don't use regrowth for BT during incarn except for rip or rake. Is it a dps loss to do this due to the reduced energy cost of our abilities or did I misunderstand what you said? Thanks
y xanzara talked about this in discord and he´s more into theory craft than I am, so I guess u just loose more dps because of the globals u need than u gain with bt

Hey Abeythu! I just started playing feral, and i'm loving the brutal slash/moc build for mythic+! I was wondering if you would use brutal slash's charges on a single target fight (like a boss) and keep them rolling, alongside your shreds? both to build combo points of course (because BS only costs 20 energy)?
i use moment of clarity and predator and savarage roar and i open with stealth rip and 2 times shred then activate roar (mostly with 4 points) again 1 time shred then tiger furor, weapon, incarnation, rake again rip and then in change shred (5 combo points) and bite only reaktivate rip and short before inka ends i reaktivate rake and rip again is this also ok?

soo feral druid is now ok to play? cause i have playd feral on start of xpac (damn suramar for feral druid before they made kitty mana panther fuuuuuuuuuck it was nightmare)... soo on 7.3 feral druid can do dps and not hit like wet napkin to the face?
I definitally think so, cuz now u can choose everything in 1 talent-tree-build: massive burst, solit st dps, massive cleve. so I think it will be a lot easier now :)

On second i have one question: at the moment i got 5 legendaries: belt; trinket; gloves ; boots; gloves (yeah im not very lucker on helm and ring:), and my question is if im doing right: im using gloves + belt (4p bonus) for single target and belt plus trinket (4p bonus) on aoe/cleave/m+ fights. So, i was looking at your warcraft logs and I noticed you are using Moment of Clarity more than you are Bloodtalons, is that because Bloodtalons isn't actually as strong as it seems to be, or can you clarify that a little bit please. Greatly appreciated, I love your guides, the only ones i use :)

no its actually only a bit practice u need, especially when u change from ranged dps to melee. feral is pretty nice for this becauseu have more melee range than others. the problem is, that most guilds arent looking for a feral, unfortunitally :/

that cp build is from nugcombobar, not from dotfocus :)

bleed-tracking is only dotfocus :) thats the addon I use and combopoints is nugComboBar :)

in your '1 boss opener with moment of clarity and brutal slash' rotation at the end it says 'and so on' it would be super helpful what the filler rotation is until your cd's are up because im new to feral and it is easy to follow your opener guide but once i get past that im completely lost and then lose all my dps. some help with this would be awesome :) gr8 vid anyway
well u can check out the rotation in my 7.2.5 guide, it didnt change much except opener and savage roar doesnt snapshot anymore. thats why I said ''and so on'' :) well u just refresh ur bleeds with 8-12 secs left and genereate cp with your shreds and brutal slashes and only use bloodtalons with a finisher(Bite) and to refresh rip/rake ofc when its needed to be refreshed :)
Can you please tell us what addons are you using to track your bleeds + the amount of how many combo point u are having, the addons that you're currently using please..

Option; Would'nt it be smarter to wait with the Ashamane's Frenzy till you have pop'd Incernation + Tigers, and thereby getting a 30% damge increase 15 from "Feral Instinct" and 15 from Tigers ? Just wondering if there was a reason you would use it before the increase

Hi, nice guide, I am just wondering about where you say don't use regrowth for BT during incarn except for rip or rake. Is it a dps loss to do this due to the reduced energy cost of our abilities or did I misunderstand what you said? Thanks
y xanzara talked about this in discord and he´s more into theory craft than I am, so I guess u just loose more dps because of the globals u need than u gain with bt

I was wondering if you would use brutal slash's charges on a single target fight (like a boss) and keep them rolling, alongside your shreds? both to build combo points of course (because BS only costs 20 energy)?

i use moment of clarity and predator and savarage roar and i open with stealth rip and 2 times shred then activate roar (mostly with 4 points) again 1 time shred then tiger furor, weapon, incarnation, rake again rip and then in change shred (5 combo points) and bite only reaktivate rip and short before inka ends i reaktivate rake and rip again is this also ok?
what is keeping track of the rake, rip, thrash on your UI?

hey and thanks :) well its actually blizz normal ui, nothing special, just some WA`s and dotfocus :) and ofc some little addons like details, bagnon, dbm
soo feral druid is now ok to play? cause i have playd feral on start of xpac (damn suramar for feral druid before they made kitty mana panther fuuuuuuuuuck it was nightmare)... soo on 7.3 feral druid can do dps and not hit like wet napkin to the face?

I definitally think so, cuz now u can choose everything in 1 talent-tree-build: massive burst, solit st dps, massive cleve. so I think it will be a lot easier now :)

On second i have one question: at the moment i got 5 legendaries: belt; trinket; gloves ; boots; gloves (yeah im not very lucker on helm and ring:), and my question is if im doing right: im using gloves + belt (4p bonus) for single target and belt plus trinket (4p bonus) on aoe/cleave/m+ fights.

So, i was looking at your warcraft logs and I noticed you are using Moment of Clarity more than you are Bloodtalons, is that because Bloodtalons isn't actually as strong as it seems to be, or can you clarify that a little bit please. Greatly appreciated, I love your guides, the only ones i use :)

well ofc u can use sr with 2 cp, some ferals are doin. and pop their cds and artefact after :)
New to feral, if I take talent that refreshes rip with FB along with Bloodtalons, will FB refresh the buffed rip with another version of buffed rip or a non buffed rip?
every dot refresh with FB means u refresh the old dot, so its still the same old dot nomatter if u buff fb with bloodtalons or not :)

u need to use nugcombobar for this and there u can choose any colour u want :)

i want to change to feral from boomkin but it looks intimidating
no its actually only a bit practice u need, especially when u change from ranged dps to melee. feral is pretty nice for this becauseu have more melee range than others. the problem is, that most guilds arent looking for a feral, unfortunitally :/
