Hello! I have not done it since this video so it’s been a while. I would usually do it if I know I’m going to wear my hair straight etc. it works really well if you’re considering doing it! Highly recommend. I think the appropriate application method would be every few months.

Did it change your curl pattern at all? Like make it looser on days you don't straighten your hair?
No it did not. I also did just apply it once and I try to refrain from straightening my hair often.
How many passes did you do when you flat iron? You did not show that part of the process,
My hair is pretty thick, so between two to three times, with a small tooth comb combing through as I’m straightening. Hope that helps!
